We did not find anyone at the property - there were no receptionists or front desk of any kind; I called the provided number several times with no response and found that existing guests were smoking and drinking at front entrance door. It's very strange and concerning that the property was listed as a viable place to stay considering the lack of both receptionists and call centre. This place can not be in use under booking.com system at all. One of the guests informed us that this place was allocated and used by homeless people as well as asylum seekers. I surprised to learn this from one of the guest who mentioned he is living here as homeless and a refugee, and he was surprised to see us as a booking.com guest. My request to you is to remove this property with immediate effect. I do want any other customer to face this terrible situation. I was lucky I found alternate place to stay for this evening and would also like to mention that the booking.com customer representative was not efficient to handle this kind of unwarranted situation.
