Guests can easily bike to the lake, waterpark, a convenience store, and numerous restaurants. Alternatively, these amenities are just a short 2-5 minute drive away. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find. ● We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle as we are located in the mountains. Roads tend to be sloped, can get very icy, and aren't always plowed quickly or efficiently. Other Things to Note: DOG FEE: ● $150 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. Please let us know the breeds and how many dogs you will be traveling with so we can adjust the fees accordingly. For non-Airbnb reservations ONLY, any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee & adding the damage waiver fee ($40) is mandatory. This fee will be added to the reservation once confirmed.
