All rooms are equipped with electronic blinds and heating controls. In addition, the flat has 500 Mbit fibre optic internet, which can be used in every room via WLAN and in some places also via LAN. The living room has a 65-inch OLED TV with 5.1 sound system, cosy sofa and coffee table. Various streaming services are also available. In the bedroom there is a desk with two monitors and a webcam. The wardrobe can be used and the bed is particularly long at 180 x 220 cm There is a high-quality fully automatic coffee machine in the kitchen, which you can use to make delicious crema coffee. There is also a fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. An oven, kettle, microwave and induction hob are also available. The bathroom has a bathtub, rain shower and washing machine. The flat is ideal for 1-3 people, on request I can also provide an air bed so that a maximum of 4 people can sleep in the flat. Further important information Pets are not allowed in the flat due to a pet allergy. The flat may only be entered by persons who were specified at the time of booking or subsequently registered. Other persons are also not allowed to enter the flat for a short time "e.g. just for a coffee". This is for reasons of liability and transparency. However, additional guests can be pre-registered. The city of Chemnitz charges a 5% accommodation tax, which must be paid before arrival.
