The approx. 70 m², centrally heated, non-smoking apartment is accessible via a communal hallway and has a large living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, dining table), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x two single beds), a separate kitchen with access to the inner courtyard (electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dining counter) and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer).
