Step through the double French doors onto the large deck that offers plenty of seating, room for dining and incredible views as well as private beach access. Take in an early morning sunset or gather together for an evening of cool breezes and the sound of waves crashing on the shore. A well-equipped, updated, kitchen has everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast or lazy family meals. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of room for everyone. There are 4 bedrooms with ensuite baths and a dorm room that sleeps 5. Included are 2 king ensuites, perfect for large families or multigenerational stays. There is a guest room with 2 queen beds and, again, is a full ensuite. A 4 seat golf cart is included with your stay. Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards. Pets - not allowed If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment.
