Casa Sabbiolina B is a welcoming two-story apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps five people. It is approximately 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be in the heart of Letojanni, a few steps from restaurants, shops, the train station and the beach. Casa Sabbiolina B is located on the ground floor. You will reach it without having to climb any steps. You will not need a car to stay at Casa Sabbiolina B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Living Room The ceiling of the living room is vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the pedestrian street through a French door. The room has no windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Please kindly note. Bedroom - a pass-through room with en-suite bathroom Important notice: members of your party will need to walk through this bedroom to reach the kitchen. You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has no windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. First FloorTerrace The terrace is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will have a view of the surrounding buildings. Kitchen The kitchen has no door. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.
