Quiet house with lush garden near the lake. This small Black Forest house is the treasure of a nice family with children. While the children have to go to school, you can treat yourself to something special. Enjoy a cool summer by the lake or a snowy winter in the mountains. The large garden alone is reason enough to stop by in spring or autumn. The region is also perfect for practicing almost any kind of sport (depending on the season). Ideal for children of all ages. We have been renting the house for several years with Airbnb and have now moved here. At Airbnb we were rated 4. 8 stars with over 50 reviews. The accommodation: The cozy and quietly situated house is surrounded by a large, lush garden and invites you to relax and linger. It is also ideal for families with children as it is located in a cul-de-sac in which there is hardly any traffic. On the ground floor there are kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet and the wood stove, which heats the whole house. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and large sink for two persons. Up to 3 cars can be parked free of charge on the premises right in front of the house. Access for guests: Our guests have access to all rooms except the attic and the garage in the house. Other important information: Guests must operate a wood stove to heat the house. Of course, the oven gets hot, so watch your fingers and kids. The stairs to the upper floor squeak a little, as befits a small Black Forest house with an eventful past ;) A cute little cat is part of the nice family that owns this house and comes along during the holidays. Therefore, it may not be suitable for people with cat-related allergies or problems.
