The Annex is a few minutes walk to the Brantford train station and not far from downtown bus depot. There is a main floor kitchen, dinning and sitting area. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, oil, salt and pepper). We have a full-size oven, a large fridge, and countertop appliance. You will find pots and pans, baking dishes, drinking glasses, dinnerware, cutlery, dish soap and dish towels The main floor also has a designated office space for you to get some quiet work done. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, a lounge and a full bathroom. Its a place for family stay-cations, friends & friend events in the area, and long-term executive rental or business trips. 4 people can stay at one price!!! WiFi is available throughout the entire house. You have Free Laundry; washer & dryer located on the main floor with complementary detergents. The Annex is all yours.
