Completely updated from top to bottom. The cottage is stocked, all you need to bring is your food/drinks, pillows, bedding and towels. Also included - 14 foot aluminum boat with a modern 15hp, 4 stroke motor that has an electric start Pedal boat Kayak Hammock Patio table and chairs that seats 6 8 adirondack chairs Fire pit Weber barbecue Flat screen TV with Apple TV (you can sign-in to your accounts and operate using hot-spot on a cell phone). The noted boat is docked in a dedicated slip at the Loughborough Lake Marina where there is vehicle parking for you and guests, fuel and a garbage/recycling shed for islanders (we provide South Frontenac garbage tags). Pontoons and larger fishing boats are also available to rent at the marina.
