They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission. • For safety and economical reasons, Pool will be set to a maximum of 80 degrees. **November to April, during Winter Coldest Days, Heater may not be able to reach this temperature. Refund will not be issued** • Pool: Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision. • Pool care: Scheduled once a week. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission. • Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside. *There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 28 days or more. *Please note that an additional cleaning fee of $140.00 will be charged for any stays lasting longer than 60 nights. This fee will be collected after your booking is confirmed. Must be paid before your check-in date. *Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages. *Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
