Other Things to Note: No PARTIES!!! All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list. No SMOKING !!! No use of any tobacco products anywhere on the property. No DRUGS !! includes cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes. No discarding cigarettes, chew, etc., in the house trash cans, or in the grass, or on the sidewalk, or anywhere on the property is not allowed. • One set of towels for each guest; • Self check-in with Remotely; • No shoes inside the accommodation; • Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am; • Please pay attention to garbage recycling • Pets are not allowed; • If there are any damages or missing items, the replacement cost will be deducted from your security deposit; • There will be No Smoking/Cannabis/Drug and No Partying inside the property.
