A pool on the property collects rainwater, which is used for watering the gardens and greenhouses. Ten happy chickens roam freely in the yard. Overall, the wide view gives you a feeling of freedom and the surrounded terras offers a great spot to relax during summertime. The Space: - The owners built the house themselves and lovingly chose the materials. The upper floor is made of an old gym floor from Middelburg. - The house is almost energy neutral! Sustainability was at the heart of the construction and design. - There is a bedroom on the ground floor and the first floor. - On the ground floor is a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet. - There is enough living space for four people.
