overall our stay was GREAT..Quiet area and neighbors we were close to town
there was no keys there was a key pad to get in with a code that was sent in the confirmation email getting in was no problem instructions were very simple
The floor was not clean the sofa easily slid on the floor without effort I wish there was a broom and small mop of some sort to clean the floor
