There are nearby marinas for boat launching at Needles Marina, Jack Smith or the Avi Casino. Our home features a large driveway with plenty of boat & personal watercraft parking. Plenty of sleeping areas for big families. One of the master bedrooms features a pullout ottoman twin size bed. Another bedroom features a full size futon. Our living area also features a Queen sofa pull out bed and queen sized Murphy bed in the entertainment console. All house areas accessible except the garage and closet areas in the 2 master bedrooms. No pets and No smoking is allowed in this home or on the property. Guest access Unfortunately, gated marina & beach is only available to homeowners, but guests can purchase tribal passes to access to beautiful beaches minutes away.
