It’s on the quieter side of Newport Beach, more family-oriented away from the bars. The home is 7.5 mi | 12.7 km from the John Wayne/Orange County Airport (SNA) and 41.2 mi | 66.3 km from LAX (Los Angeles Airport, north of Newport Beach). The best means of transportation, if you’re not driving to the destination, is to rent a car or hire private transport (Towncar). There are also rideshare services like Super Shuttle and, of course, curb-ride services like Uber and Lyft, as well as taxis. Like most beach houses in the area, this home is breeze/fan-cooled and does not have air conditioning. It’s an upper unit, and guests will need to climb stairs. We provide complimentary essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, dishwasher capsules, and toilet paper. There’s no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like the place cleaned during your stay, that service can be arranged for an extra fee. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
