In that case, YOU AND YOUR GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND A FINE OF £500 would be applicable. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND A FINE OF £500 would be applicable. - Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things) BATHROOM - Please be extremely considerate about how you leave the bathrooms. All guests have the right to a clean and decent environment. Clean after yourself. BEDROOM - Noise to be kept to a minimum - no loud music/television after 10 pm. - Tie up your garbage bag and just leave it inside your room, we'll take care of it. CAMERAS - Please be advised that we have cameras in the hallway for safety and security purposes. All clips are stored for 24 hours and automatically deleted thereafter. Please feel free to reach out to us before booking if you have any questions/clarification on this matter. KEYS The lockbox is the only safe place to leave your key. If after checkout the keys are not in the lockbox or the lockbox is not closed correctly, you will be charged £100 because we would have to change the entire lock for the safety of the other neighbors. UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECKOUT Our cleaners have a strict schedule to follow so any unauthorized checkout that delays their schedule will result in a £100 fine.
