Rooftop. 2 mins away from Times Square. The space: Gigantic room with Large Windows on the top floor. Beautiful views of the city. Location couldn't be any better. All the major train stops are just a 2-3 min walk away. Tons of grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants around. Happy to give you recommendations when you move in. It’s a luxury building among the topmost larger-than-life apartments ranked. A 24-hour doorman. Laundry and gym in the building as well. The apartment is a 3B2B. You would have your own room, and a shared bathroom. It is designed, so you would have a lot of privacy. You would be sharing the common space with two professionals, both in their mid 20s and working in tech. It is a very spacious, beautiful apartment with large windows everywhere. Great place for clicking pictures. I am looking for someone kind and respectful, who can clean up after themselves. This is a dream apartment, and would be perfect if you are locating to New York, and need a place for a couple of weeks/months while you are on an apartment hunt.
