Calathea Place is situated at Sucat Road with 24x7 access to public transportation. Very near SM BF, SM Sucat, WalterMart, PureGold, Shopwise & SnR. Easy access to NAIA terminals via Skyway. There are also nearby hospitals in the area. There are 4 elevator units at Lavender Building where our unit is located. - Lounge areas - Roof Deck, lots of open space at the building's roof deck - Playground - Basketball Court until 6PM, subject to availability. With charge of Php200/hour if you're using the court from 6PM to 9PM. Court is closed for use after 9PM. Open to guests ** Court is not available for guests on Fridays, Saturdays, Sunday and Holidays. Located at the ground floor also is Coffee Gus-to where you can dine or take-out your favorite Coffee, Milk tea, Pasta or Cookies. At Basement 1, there's also a laundry shop and convenience store. For an additional fee, the following are also open to guests. These are according to the condo policy. Access to Lounge, Lap and Kiddie Pools - open for guests every Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, except when these days are declared as public holidays. Thursday is cleaning day for all 3 pools while weekends are reserved for owners and residents. Swimming Fee is Php200 per person per day, kindly register & pay at the concierge (Zebrina Building, Ground Floor) if you plan to use the pools. Cabanas are also open for use subject to a fee of Php200 for 3 hours.
