喫煙所が行きにくい

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, es elegante, proporciona sales para la bañera es un extra interesante, cerca tiene muchas opciones para cenar y almorzar, el desayuno es bueno y con amplia variedad. La habitación es pequeña, pero cómoda.

フロント　食堂共に対応が丁寧。朝食も美味しい。地下大浴場は広々ではないが風呂好きな自分には充分。宿泊費も高くない。(朝食.駐車場代は値上がりしていたようだが　このご時世仕方ない)

良くなかったという程ではないが　エアコンの温度調整ができたら良いと思う。何処かにスイッチがあったかな？あと朝の大浴場オープンが　あと30分早く5時半位からだと最高だが。

If you like drinking, this place is very close to Izakaya( drinking places). But I didn’t like this area where there are many adult entertainments for guys.

Too small to put my suitcase inside of my room. When you open it, there is no space. And the room is super dark

A bit too far and confused on the same name with a few words different which make us confused

Located strategically at Susukino area, walking distance The hotel is new and clean

Parking fee is slightly more expensive than others The staff I met cannot speak English

The location is good

Is damn hot inside, the roof is like 1,8meters so felt like a giant inside and was very close to hit the roof with my head, even though I'm a small 1,75m guy

Pretty much everything. Great price for snow festival high season, great location just off Ekimae Dori (ice sculptures, food places, bars) and less than 10min walk from Susukino Station. New, quiet, modern and clean. Bed was comfortable. Free hot cocoa in the lobby to warm up with after an evening checking it the snow festival was very welcome, as were the free drinks vouchers for the pub next door that we were given on arrival :)

The room was a little small for 2 people with lots of luggage, but that's pretty standard for Japanese hotels. Pyjamas only supplied on one night out of three.
