It looks like they are not keeping up with the maintenance expenses. Looks like it was a big investment, but they are not keeping it as good.

Maintenance of the facilities could be much better.

Overall quiet, clean and large room with full kitchen and two balconies overlooking the water on both sides. Our friends had a boat at the marina so it was very convenient for us. It’s pretty far from Progresso but not a bad drive. We ate breakfast and one dinner at restaurant and all of it was good.

Nothing really. It didn’t seem like a regular hotel where there is someone around all the time if you needed anything. During the day is fine but overnight I’m not sure if there is someone there.

Loved the apartment with both decks and very accessible to everything we wanted to do. Loved our privacy and restaurant was good value.

Road needs many repairs plus sewer smell in morning but maybe it couldn’t be helped. No elevators to third floor.

Honestly, the worst experience ever. I was traveling with kids, At night and my baby girl had temperature, I wanted her to take a bath but the water of the shower was frozen. There was not a single person to call or someone to help. Next day, Maria or Flor (I asked for her name but she didnt want to share it with me so I asked the staff for her name) who was in charge of the hotel was the meanest, the said she wasnt able to help and that not having hot water wasnt her problem. If you want to have a good time in Telchac avoid this hotel. There are other good options around.

The unit was nice and very clean.

1. T.V did not work any if the days we were.here 2. Sliding glass door.to balcony did not lock, which made us feel VERY UNSAFE. they stated they were aware of problem before our.arrival, and still put us in that unit, and were not willing to switch us to another one, even though we were the only party staying there for almost our entire stay. They did not clean unit any of the days we were there, no toilet paper replenished we had to ask for it and we were told we can buy it at the little market they had at the premises. No clean towels, they said they only clean 1 time per stay, we would have to pay for additional cleaning. No dish detergent, kitchen towels or bath mat in unit either. We were never informed beforehand of this details. We went there thinking it operated like a normal hotel. I feel I should.get an adjustment.on the amount paid due to inconveniences with unit and misinformation or lack of information provided.

No hot water at night maybe due to construction next door? They need to provide a seadoo rental option for customers. Would be perfect if facilities had a small spa when hotel is completed.

Staff was really helpfull. The hotel was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.
