WIFI hardly ever was strong enough to use

The place is very clean and very traditional Greek style. a few steps from the beach. The owner is lovely but does not speak any english. The studio is big with a big kitchen area. Easily fits 3 people (one queen bed and one single bed). Balcony area is shared.

The wifi didn’t work. Connected but did not connect to the web. They start cleaning or something very early in the morning so woke up a lot earlier than I wanted to. Also got a message early in the morning that other people were coming to the room 30mins after check out time ended so felt I was pressured to leave earlier. There was a cigarette smell in the room maybe some guests have smoked inside or something.

We stayed for two weeks in this cosy apartment. Everything was in very good condition. We loved the terrasse and the AC was really helpful for the hot days. The location is perfect if you need to recharge. Emporios is a peaceful fishing village. You can hear the waves and watch the sunset coming over the mountain. The beach is at 25 meters and so are the good restaurants. Petroula is such a sweetheart and a caring person. She is very attentive to her guests. It was so clean all the time, as clean as in a hotel. We were sad to leave but we will come back! Thank you so much Petroula.

The location was great. Right in the tiny village about 50 m from the beach. It was secluded but still a stone throw away from everything. The appartment was freshly renovated, and tastefully furnished. The kitchen was very well equipped with nice plates, cutlery and all cooking utensils one would need. Petroula kept it sparkling clean every day and even exchanged the towels daily.

Very nice clean apartment, close to the beach, restaurants and mini market. For people who like non crowdy little villages to rest.

The owner and her grandson were waiting for us as we arrived from the afternoon bus. They helped with the luggage and it was all very efficient. Facilities and well equipped kitchen were excellent. Very comfy firm beds. Non-intrusive but there if you needed anything. Spotlessly cleaned and all bedding/towels were changed every 2 days. Superb all night breeze meant never having to use the AC even in August. Great position for the beach, but not too noisy, as even George stops his singing fairly early.

Balcony was lovely, but offered no shade, so of limited daytime use. There was a normal round umbrella shade, but usually too windy to use or to leave up. None of the window shutters or door shutters could be fixed back as open, so had to use chairs and tables to keep them open at night. Bug nets on the doors and windows might have been a bonus too.
