This place was great value for the price. We would stay here again. thank you!

The location was fabulous. we mostly walked everywhere. Dinner, beaches and stores. The house was very clean and it accommodated the 5 of us comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed when we didn’t feel like going out for meals.

The only downer about this place we would have to say was the shower. We all kinda dreaded taking a shower as a mess of water would happen every time as much as we tried and as quick as we tried to make it. The shower floor was pretty much at floor level, maybe an inch above, so there was no way to contain the water from spilling out. The owner however was very accommodating and provided more towels. which we would just hang out to dry on the nice terrace.

The charm of winter in Cannes

The apartment is very spacious, the terrace is an aditional bonus. The check-in was very easy, the owner provided detailed information before our arrival. The big bonus is a parking space in the street, in February not hard to find a place. A perfect location to take a walk to the center of Cannes or just enjoying walking by the sea a few steps from the apartment. Very well equiped kitchen.

The apartment was cold on our arrival so our first night there was not so cosy it could be. But when the place warmed up during the next day it was ok.

All in all we had a great time. As a party of three we had enough space in the apartment.

Jeremy is a great communicator and you get all information needed ahead of time. The arrangement with the lock box is super easy and worked very well. One of the great assets is the location. You are at the beach in 1 min, you can go running alongside the ocean (Croisette) and you can go at your own pace having everything you need within 100 meters, a bakery (phantastic), a rottiserie, and a super market with everything you really need.

The most wonderful and safe time with my toddler!

Great location, close to public transport and amazing beaches. Lots of amenities everywhere and very safe to walk. Excellent base and a luxury residential feel. The calmer side of Cannes. Highly recommended. The apartment itself was spotless and a very high standard of finish. Beautiful decor. Massive rooms and air con available as well as a fan. The host was lovely and the cleaners were also friendly. I travelled with my toddler and absolutely had a brilliant time.

Nothing, I wish I could have stayed longer! . The private patio looked very nice but I never really used it as was extremely hot and was out mostly. Next time I'd take advantage of that!

Great place for families visiting the beaches of Cannes

Very accomodating host Located on a quiet street on Pointe Croisette, close to two public beaches: one on Bd de la Croisette (which is very busy but also very well-kept) and one on the eastern shore of Pointe Croisette (which is less busy). Very neat terrace surrounded by a hedge and plants. Well equiped kitchen Very nice little grocery store a few steps away (on the same street)

AC is great, but perhaps it would be even better to install some additional ventilation for outside air to circle in during the day

I recommend this appartment

The apartment is very comfortable: it has a living room (with bed and sofa, very useful and comfortable), bedroom (with large double bed) and separate kitchen. We also got 3 rows of bed linen (family with two children), which added to the comfort. The terrace is also very nice and equiped. The apartment is located in a splendid area of Cannes, very close to Bd. La Croisette.

Great experience! I felt like I had a home for a few days.

Jeremy was a great host. He gave me detailed instructions prior to my arrival and I didn't have much trouble checking in. The entrance of the building is in the back. You might just get a bit confused because the actual apartment is in front and the front patio has a little gate you can enter through as well (but that's not the main entrance). The apartment is spacious, especially if you are a solo traveler like me. Separate bedroom, separate dining/living room area (with a double sofa bed and a day bed!), separate kitchen (which still has a breakfast counter for 4), good-sized bathroom, and a large front patio. The apartment was also well-designed; the bedroom had dark charcoal grey walls which gave the room a calming feel even in broad daylight. Location-wise, you are less than a 5 min walk from the beach and about a 5 min walk to Hotel Martinez. I stayed here for the festival, which wasn't bad but it also wasn't the quickest walk if you're going back and forth from the Palais. However, I am a New Yorker and I walk all the time. Maybe I didn't explore the neighborhood as much, but I didn't see any nearby groceries/supermarket, just to give you a heads up.

The bedroom pillows. They were these large square pillows that weren't fluffy or firm enough.

Superb location and nicely appointed apartment, easy to find and loads of free parking nearby. Instructions for getting the key were simple and precise. Very comfortable stay and ideally situated for my work. Great location for a holiday

Superb

Despite some initial issues with the access code due to our late arrival and holiday period, a very supportive and nice host. Overall a pretty pleasant place, very well located. Nice terrasse/garden.
