The location is about a 20 minute was from the city center of Puerto de la Cruz, which I found perfect because it was a little quieter and there was still shops and restaurants near by. The breakfast that they offered was so good, lots of homemade things and plenty of options for everyone. Everything was super clean and the staff was very kind.

Perfect Location! The beach right next to the hostel. The views from the roof terrace are stunning. The breakfast was unreal and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. It actually feels like staying at someone's home instead of a hostel. Loved it, specially the end of the street with the views to the ocean and a small path that takes you to the rocks to seat there and enjoy the splash of the waves whilist seeing the sunset
honestly i didnt see anything wrong, it is a hostel at the end of the day! and maybe different in the sense of it being by the beach instead of city centre, so maybe do not expect the classic Hostel, this is a beach hostel, completely different vibe and way cooler than the rest in my opinion

In frontel, the accommodation of the accommodation was the road construction every day.I couldn't sleep well with construction sales and noise, but I didn't know at all.If you work, I wouldn't stay at this dorm.I asked for refund, but they were so embarrassed because they didn't know the construction date. This accommodated all my journey of Tennessee Island. There are no old woman in the room, but I didn't close the window, and I couldn't close the window.I talked to the step, but there was no improvement. She looked at all because he slept well because he slept well. Also, if there was a problem to open every doorel, you didn't come to the lake. This is a public Domino. It's not an individual space. At 2 p.m.m. I didn't check if it's the room.I borrowed the towel, but two hair came out there. The worst hostel experience in my life.I'd like to meet this lake again.

The rooftop terrace was quite nice, it has a couple of comfy couches and breakfast is served there.
The breakfast was exceptional for a hostel. There's bread, cheese, ham, boiled eggs, muesli, porridge, fruits etc.
Somewhat spacious lockers with possibility to lock them.
Some privacy in the dorm: the beds are mostly surrounded by curtains.
There's a shared fridge in the kitchen for your own food. Kitchen utensils were not the best but not the worst, either.
Staff seemed quite nice and chill. The atmosphere overall was very relaxed and nice.
The location is excellent. I was there to play beach volley at the beach nearby. There's also a nice, affordable restaurant, a minimarket and a really nice viewpoint right next to the hostel.
The room and the bed. The room was too packed with beds, so there was little space for stuff. People kept their belongings here and there, making quite a mess. It did work somehow, though, if people only let the door open for the night. Otherwise the air got bad really quickly.
The beds have five negative points:
1. The mattress was somewhat thin and really soft, as was the pillow - apparently that's a local custom. I'd say it's only good for lightweight people.
2. The beds weren't that big either, I'm 186cm tall and I felt like I barely could fit in there.
3. The beds were very shaky because they had been built using really cheap materials. Said materials were also somewhat dangerous as you could easily scratch yourself when climbing to the bed (see the picture).
4. The ladder to climb the upper bed was ridiculously narrow (see the picture). Combined with the bad material choices, it felt like a chore every time to climb.
5. The lockers underneath the beds are quite spacious, but they make a lot of noise and some of the latches didn't seem to work unless you applied a lot of force. This resulted in a loud bang and bruised fingers. These should be fixed asap!

Absolutely loved the location, staff and rooftop terrace. The hostel had a fantastic social vibe, only a few min walk to the beach, breakfast included on the rooftop terrace and some nice comfy places to work. Internet was always good.
Showers took forever to be warm and with low pressure haha. Also the coworking spaces are exposed so if it rains (which it was for a few days) it was hard to find a place to work.

Location is good.
So many beds in the room. Music from the management until very late. Too expensive for what it is

Great location by the beach. Great staff and friendly service. Everyone very welcoming. Roof top terrace views of Teide mountain and the beach. Breakfast on the roof terrace.
Kitchen storage area a little small. Another fridge would be helpful.

The location (Punta Brava) is great if you want to catch the local vibe instead of more touristy center of Puerto De La Cruz.
Also the hostel was very quiet at nights and no parties (silence started at 23:00).
Good privacy with large drapes on the beds. Definitely a great experience and exactly what I as a 35 yo solo traveller like to have.

In the end I was only there for a few hours, but I can still say: Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere, lovely terrace and helpful staff. They also have activities for the guests like hiking, BBQ, salsa, pizza nights and day trips. Also, if you book more than one week you get the Bono bonus, which allows you to switch between the nest hostels all over the island, of course if there is available beds.
The room was very warm, since we can't open the window and we were 10 in one room. It was a bit small for so many beds.

Very nice hostel with relaxed and friendly atmosfere, amazing view from terrace, great location, close to the beach Playa Jardin, 15 minutes walk to bus station. Strong Wi-Fi. Everything was perfect :)

Pretty familiar place
The female dorm, where I stayed in, was really small and didn’t really have fresh air, no real window.
