Lokalita ubytovania bola výborná, rovnako aj vybavenie apartmánu (nové spotrebiče). Mohli sme si odložiť batožinu pred tým ako sme sa ubytovali a aj v deň odchodu. Personál bol ústretoví a milí. Všetky inštrukcie boli jasné. Ocenili sme aj bezkľúčový vstup do budovy a apartmánu, keďže sme nemuseli so sebou nosiť kľúče.

Na to, že sa v apartmáne nachádzala kuchyňa, nepáčilo sa nám, že sme v kuchyni nenašli soľ, korenie ani olej. Nože boli veľmi tupé a bola tam len jedna utierka na riady. Apartmán sa nedal poriadne vetrať. Problém to bol hlavne v kúpeľni. Počas dažďa zatekalo okno v spálni. Celá parapetné bola mokrá.

Excellent location but....

Excellent location.

One of the bedrooms has a super king size together by 2 single beds. The agency refused to change the king-size bed to twin beds as requested. I don't understand why they refused! On arrival, the cleaner has just left. We can see the floor was wet. However, the room smells of dog, not nice.! Only one settee for 4 people! Not comfortable.

Great apartment & location but check the bed before you get in

Great location and large space. The kitchen had everything you could need with a full-size fridge-freezer. The bathroom was lovely, shower was perfect. Plenty of storage for luggage and had all the amenities you could need.

The apartment was clean except for the bed. The bedding had not been changed from previous guests. There were hairs all over the sheets, duvet, and pillows, with stains on the sheets as well. There was spare clean bedding in the utility cupboard that was tagged with an additional fee if opened. However, after speaking with Destiny and sending pictures we were not charged the additional fee (rightfully so) after changing the bedding ourselves. We were disappointed as after a long drive this is the last thing you want to do.

Great apartment in a convenient location.

Good location near city center, updated modern apt with all the amenities. Modern system of entry made check in easy. Seemed like a new apartment.

Parking (if you can get it) isn't close. Homeless people sleeping across the alley in front of house.

Great Location

Well equipped apartment in excellent location. Really nice bathroom.

The area outside outside our apartment was used as a store for linen with bags stored outside on the landing most days. The cleaners didn't have regard for guests and were in and out of the cupboard and let the door slam early in the morning.

Great location. Very clean and efficient property. Close to team stop in a nice part of the city.

Great choice for Edinburgh base

Location, ease of self check in, availability of luggage storage, clean space with great facilities

Bedroom right by the cobbled Street outside so can be a bit loud when cars, bin lorries, pedestrians pass but not really the fault of the company.

Property is beautiful inside

Location is excellent for the city and sightseeing. But it's down a back street which can make you feel a little unsafe.

There is no parking with the property.

Comfortable, well-located apartment ideally suited to explore Edinburgh

Friendly service by telephone, spacious apartment; clean ... everything required for a nice stay of a few days or even longer. Good location for exploring Edinburgh!

Parking is a real problem & the discount code offered by the hosts only works with English phones. Luckely for me I had Your Parking Space installed before arrival & found a decent spot not too far away. We also first tried to enter the wrong building because of two nearby streets having very similar names; the friendly telephone service directed me to the right address round the corner.

Clean and comfortable apartment, Very handy to have laundry facility included as it allowed us to catch up before our next stage of our trip.

Excellent apartment!

Central location but very quiet. The whole place was absolutely spotless and felt very homely. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Smart TV and fast WiFi was available. I honestly had the best time staying in Edinburgh and this apartment.

Perfect for exploring the city

The shower was awesome. Big, Spotless bathroom with good quality toiletries. Bed was comfy and plenty of wardrobe space. Perfect for exploring Edinburgh.

The parking situation and cost involved. The information and welcome booklet wasn't visible and we only came across it by accident when we used the safe. Safe isn't large enough for a laptop.

Superb

Staying in this bright and special apartment which made our week extra special. We could go anywhere we want to from our place and then come back and relax in this cozy and comfortable place. Plenty of space to stretch out with a big led tv to watch Netflix. Everything was well equipped.

I was staying in 4 Canning Street, apartment 4 there was no exhaust fan in the toilet so it was smelling many times.

Marvelous apartment in the city center.

The place had everything we needed. It is really big and well located. We enjoyed cooking and relaxing on the sofa after a whole day of sightseeing. I can definitely recommend!

The one thing that I didin't like was a step on a way to the bathroom - it is really easy to miss it and therefore slip or fall.
