Friendly staff, great breakfast,

A little far out from the station for us. Quite isolated as in anywhere else to walk to on an evening but good bus service too and from city centre.

I was trying to check out at around 7:30 am to catch up to my flight but there was no one at the reception and when I talk to the other staff working there they don’t understand English and I didn’t know how to check out until someone came to me at around 8 am even though it says check out starts at 6:30

We loved our stay at this hotel! We were a family of five and we took the family suite on the third floor. It was a nice surprise to find out it had . air conditioning :). The room was very spacious and clean , the beds were comfortable The restaurant downstairs had great food with a big variety (loved the breakfast!) and the staff members were very friendly and even helped us get our room sooner. I would definitely stay here again!

The only downside is that the hotel was located outside the city, so no other stores or restaurants nearby in a walking distance. If This doesn't bother you (as it didn't bother us) then it's the right place for you

reception arrogant, there were bugs in the room, we heard it was normal because we are not alone on this planet. The kids got bitten, we'll take the case to a lawyer, avoid this hotel !!!!

Reception with no problem. Room was OK and shower good. The hotel is slightly outside the town but only a short drive and they have free parking.

No Balcony, no view from room. Thge room overlooked a horse stable. It turns out that the hotel encircles a horse ranch and this wasn't mentioned previously. Sometimes there is noise early in the morning (tractors, horse feeding, etc) and sometimes a smell from the stables, not too serious but noticeable every now and then. In the room there was an electric kettle but no cups or teaspoons which I had to request from the reception. On our floor there was a coffee machine in the corridor but didn't work properly. I must mention that when I went down to the front cafe to get a coffee one evening, they remembered that I had a problem with the coffee machine and provided me with a free (and very good) cappuchino.

Hotel is in industrial area outside of city center or any attractions, but if you have a car, it is not a problem really. There were no airconditioning in our room, just fan. Ok for spring, not sure for summer and not sure about other rooms.

The staff was very nice, both in the hotel and the restaurant. The room was nice and comfortable even we booked in last minute. The breakfast has a great selection very good coffee! The restaurant serves great burgers and amazing local beer.
