Bel appartement

L'appartement est très spacieux. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. L'emplacement tout prêt du centre. Tout le personnel est très gentil (un plus pour Anna qui a toujours un mot gentil et qui a été très serviable).

La literie pas très confortable, matelas très mou. La température de la douche difficilement réglable (ou trop chaude - ou trop froide)

It was very good

The host was very helpful and accommodated our suitcases after checkout. Good location and easy to find.

The three flights of stairs were a lot, but it could be worse

Great place to stay!!

Great quite location less than 5 min walk to center and 6 mins to parking area. Big spacious living area with good sized bedrooms and everything was nice and clean. The staff was supper helpful and friendly.

The location and the facility was great. Anna, the lady working for the facility assisted on whatever we need starting from the reservation till we left. She was also very warm.

Super spacious apartment in the old town, highly recommend

Very comfortable, spacious apartment, right in the middle of the old town. Very well appointed kitchen and 2 bedrooms make it well suited for a family. Good shower and comfortable beds. Breakfast included in the tariff is excellent and hosts are superb. Very good value for money.

The living area has little natural light and the bathroom is quite small. But these factors are minor.

everything was just perfect. big apartment and close to the heart of krakow where all the restaurants are. just awesome place💪

Superb

1. Communication was great. Greeting before arrival, asking if we need something beforehand, reply was always fast, almost immediate. Smooth contactless smooth checking. No problems on any our request. We asked to prolong our staying and were given the appartement on the same floor on the time we needed, so 5 min move out / move in. 2. The apartment was clean and spacious with fully equipped kitchen, beds were comfortable enough. 3. Location was just perfect. The apartment is located between 2 main tourist areas: Old city and Wawel Castle + river. The street was quite but the Main Square and the rest of the attractions were just around the corner. 4. Breakfast was served in the cafe on the ground floor. Food was tasty and coffee was extremely great, waitress were polite and friendly

Breakfast system can be improved a bit by serving a buffet instead of making an order (it was prepaid in our case). I believe it can safe some time for tourists who want to start a day faster without waiting for the ordered food. Existing breakfast system is the only one point that holds me back of giving 10 in this review.

Big and beautiful apartment. Excellent location

Big and beautiful apartment, excellent location (just 1-2 blocks from main square), the staff was very helpful. Good isolation so it was warm. Excellent value for money.

It is not their fault but be aware that the apartment located in the top floor can have issues with the pigeons making noise since early in the morning so it can be difficult if you are a light sleeper like me (same issue with the squeaky floorboards if somebody decides to go the bathroom during night while the rest of the people is sleeping)..

Couldn't fault the staff they went out of the way to accommodate us and the location was amazing , it was clean and for the price I would definitely stay there again.. Anna was absolutely amazing! Thanks Anna ❤️

The apartment was a bit tired and needed a couple of repairs ie plugs tiles etc.. oh and the heating was low so it wasn't that warm.

Exceptional

The apartment is part of a nice historic building, located in a quiet street, just a few steps away from the central market square. The rooms are very large with high ceilings. There is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and the heating system works very well. Anna, our host, was very nice and friendly and provided us with a lot of valuable suggestions about the city, the typical food and the best restaurants. I highly recommend this apartment, which was perfect for our family of four people.

There is no lift (but this is expected in an old building). The restaurant at the ground floor (owned by our host) is only open for breakfast, but not for lunch or dinner: this is a pity, because we had wonderful breakfasts there at reasonable prices.

Great stay! The property was very clean and beautiful, the staff very helpful and the location amazing - right in the centre of Krakow. The restaurant downstairs also served delicious breakfast - really recommend it.

The apartment was in the center of Krakow, pretty close to every hotspot in town. The apartment was extremely clean, very comfortable, with big bed and very spacy. It was one of the best stays we have ever had! Highly recommended!
