It is located in the centre of Vernazza, in a very comfortable position to reach the central square, the bars\pubs, the restaurants and the trails of the National Park. The accommodation is also close to the railway station and the harbor. This is the ideal location for visiting the Cinque Terre. Vernazza is a small fishing village located in the natural park of the Cinque Terre. It is ONE of the Cinque Terre, along with Monterosso, Corniglia, Manarola e Riomaggiore. Staying in Vernazza YOU can enjoy nature and explore the history: excursions by land and by sea, enjoy the natural wonders offered by the sea. It is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The whole area of the Cinque Terre has been inserted by UNESCO in the list “WORLD HERITAGE LIST” in 1997. The Cinque Terre have been recognized as one of the world’s most beautiful naturalistic places. From the square branch out some of the trails of the Cinque Terre, in particular those leading to the Shrine of Madonna of Reggio, the Santuario of San Bernardino and the villages of Monterosso and Corniglia. The town of Vernazza is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation , sky and Ligurian Sea. One of the features of the place are the terraced fields carved in the rocks, where vineyards, called “pergola,”are planted and they produce very particular wines, but of limited production, such as the white of the Cinque Terre and the “Sciacchetrà”. The Sciacchetrà comes from the local dialect and translated means “crush and pull”. It is a sweet wine of very limited production. The area also produces extra virgin olive oil – Dop – and very fragrant lemons.

Only a few minutes from the train station , this flat was perfect for a stay on the Cinque Terra. The host was very communicative. Plenty of room , nice shower and the drying rack was great. Little market for groceries very nearby. Several restaurants right in town. Loved it.

Angelo is a wonderful, responsive host! The flat is comfortable and cozy. Perfect for two people. It is a short walk to everything in Vernazza, yet away from the noise. The flat had everything we needed after spending the day hiking and exploring the Cinque Terre. I highly recommend a stay here!

The flat was exactly as described. Not large but it had everything we needed although we didn't use the kitchen. Angelo's check in instructions were perfect and Manuela was waiting to help us when we arrived. Angelo also provided good advice about things to see and places to eat. The flat is only 20 stairs from the main street, very good for anywhere in Cinque Terre. There is no view but that didn't matter as we were so close to the main street and the harbour. The flat was nicely quiet at night. Excellent value.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is one room plus bathroom. It was presented accurately in the listing. Very helpful management staff. Gently accommodated our error in arrival time. Significant step climb to reach apartment, but this is normal for the area. Easy access to main area, but high enough that noise from street was not significant. We would rent again and loved the area. Expect to climb and walk to do everything you want to do.

It was central to everything and not that many stairs! Important when you have luggage. It was quiet at night too. All was good! We enjoyed our atay and Angelo and Nanuslla were very helpful Thanks you

Angelo provided good directions to his place and helpful tips for sightseeing. He met us at a convenient location and helped us with our bags as there are about 20-30 steps to get to the apartment. The apartment itself was small but functional. It had good storage space though we were there for just a couple of days and didn't make full use of it. Note that there are no views from the windows. If you are looking for a simple but conveniently located place, this is it.

Wevlike the property. We were able to cook a few meals. We stayed 12 days andvuse Vernazza as home base. Nice coop store nearby, as well as rail station and tour boat stop.

Location was excellent. Very helpful to have someone meet us in the Main Street to take us to the apartment. We saw many people struggling to find their accommodations with no assistance from the owner.

I cannot recommend this apartment for travelers that have trouble climbing stairs or mobile issues, it is very difficult to take up suitcases & not slip.

Wonderful little flat and the host was fantastic. Kind and flexible when our train had weather delays. I was concerned about the steps after reading other reviews but they were less than expected and not a problem. It was wonderful to experience Vernazza after the crowds left. You could truly get the feel for the small town, everyone knowing each other and sharing a drink after work at the enoteca. We even ran into our host at the local restaurant where she asked them to make us a table. The warm Italian hospitality was truly felt. Flat location was convenient. One alley back from the main street and close to the harbor. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Great location in the heart of Vernazza. Property manager was easy to work with and very responsive. Unit was well equipped and everything worked great. Check in process was easy and fast. Many restaurants close by. 500 yards to the train station. Easy access to other cities in Cinque Terra via train.

Lovely little place in a great location. Communication with owner was excellent. Although the apartment was compact, it had incredible storage and a nice sized bathroom. Renters need to be aware that there are steps (some primitive) to get to the unit. We loved it and would definitely recommend.

Angelo was amazing!

Although Angelo wasn't able to host us at the apartment (last minute due to an unforeseen issue with the accommodations), he offered to help us find another place to stay. He quickly secured a room for us at a very cute hotel across the street from the original apartment location. We had AC, a private bath and a nice, light, spacious room in a great location right on the water front in Vernazza. He took care of room payment and essentially swapped one reservation for the other - thank you again for helping get us another accommodation so quickly! Our stay in Vernazza was wonderful!

Clean apartment in heart of Vernazza. Recently renovated bathroom. It was the perfect location for a three day stay in Vernazza. There was some street noise and the birds seem to wake up early. If you have to have complete silence to sleep, this may not be your best choice. The host Angelo was very responsive. He sent pre check in information and made dinner reservations for us prior to our arrival. Angelo is a great host and we would definitely rent from him again.

We loved Vernazza and Angelo’s apartment was perfect for the two of us. The only problem was that we were told we could drive to the train station but the street was blocked and we had to part approximately 900 meters and transport all luggage into town. Down hill on the way in but uphill in the rain on our way out😩

Very nice flat in a great location in Vernazza. There was a lot of space, a great bathroom, and many extra touches. Angelo communicated with us well in advance about check-in and arranged to have someone carry our luggage up the challenging steps.

Easy check in with emails provided by Angelo regarding how to get the key and also information regarding Vernazza and other villages in Cinque Terre. Ideal location in the middle of the village. Everything needed provided in the room. Its small and compact but all you need.

Stairs, uneven stairs—but once used to the climb, it was almost comical! Beautiful area, apt was just as pictured online and clean and comfortable! Loved the neighbors all around us. Quiet at night. My daughter & I trained to Vernazza from a lux villa in Tuscany and truthfully, I was afraid our little apartment would be a let down. It wasn’t. It was perfect for eating in when we wanted and central to all the Cinque Terre sights we wanted to explore. If you want a residential haven in the middle of high tourist season, you couldn’t ask for a better spot.

Very small one rm apt. New bathroom but very sm shower, no place to put shower products. A challenge to figure it out while showering. Lots of steps and uneven. Not good location if you have a balance or walking problem. We were met at train station and escorted to the apt. They assisted wirh our luggage which was a big help . we would of struggled on our own. Good resturants and shopping and beautiful sites . Great hiking trails all around or easy acess to a boat tour of the 5 villages.

Great location. Right in the heart of town. Less than a 5 minute walk to the harbour. The flat was clean and comfortable. Modern bathroom. Loved the place. We checked in at the souvenir shop at the train station and a man carried our luggage to the flat for us. Very nice touch after travelling all day. Highly recommend Angelo's flat.

Location in Vernazza speaks for itself, half way between the train station and the harbor... ideal. The layout, furniture and remodeled bathroom are brilliant design. Large comfortable bed, table, chairs, closet, kitchen... all work together to make the apartment seem twice as big as it is. Bravo Angelo! Hint: Reception from train station will probably include a porter to carry your luggage, point out the grocery and ATM, let you in, and show you the wifi password... worth a good tip.
