Breakfast was lovely.
I was expecting a kettle and milk in our room. We did not have either.

Neil and Lynn are very friendly <3, I enjoyed talking to them. Lynn made us a very delicious breakfast in the morning. Rooms were clean and spotless, they did put too much effort to keep them clean.
This place is super highly recommended
That I didn't book the place for the second night

Neil and Lynne were wonderful hosts. Our two nights at the country house were a highlights of our trip, and we'd love to come back.

A home away from home. Set in lovely location. Hosts were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Great breakfast. Good shower and comfy bed.

friendly, welcoming and relaxed. very homely. Roar of the breakers on the beach in the distance, and the birdsong. Able to get to the Twelve Apostles after breakfast and before the crowds arrived. could even go before breakfast if keen!
A bit of a long drive to get dinner in the evening…but that is the penalty of being right out in the country and close to the Twelve Apostles.

Lynn & Neil very friendly. Lovely home.
Very close to points of interest
Too far from other facilities eg restaurants.
However that was my fault for not checking better when booking

Lovely hosts with good stories to tell and tips to give about the to-do's in the area. Also great breakfast, nice location and amazing views. And then we didn't even mention the beautiful birds that come and visit in the morning during breakfast.

Breakfast was really tasty with the option of cooked breakfast. The views are lovely and the owners Lynne and Neil were welcoming. It was extremely clean and had thoughtful extras like cold drinks and fresh fruit available. The tea at breakfast was perfect. Thank you.

The room is very comfy and the hosts are most kind and hospitable. The closes town is Port Campbell where we had a lovely dinner. On the way driving back, we experienced the best sunset at the Steps of Gipson bay

Dear Lyn & Neal, thank you very much for your hospitality
it’s not about not liking the property. the place is great with gorgeous views, short drive away from National park, but it’s a bit away from the action - 50km return drive to have a dinner!

The setting was very quiet with stunning views. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Comfortable spacious room. we really enjoyed talking to Neil who had a lot to share about his life and hobbies and also took interest in us.
Unfortunately we could not get the tv to work and there was no WiFi available. We managed by hotspotting from our phone and for a short stay this was not a problem

Very peaceful and scenic location with wonderful hosts, with a personal touch. They make a person feel at home in a country environment.
The welcoming fresh cup of tea/coffee after a l.ong drive is really appreciated. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the house was very nice.
Breakfast was also excellent.

The hosts were so welcoming and helpful - the weather wasn't great on our visit but the house and room were very comfortable and cosy.
Only frustration was that the weather wasn't great and we didn't get to appreciate the amazing views and location.

Neil and Lynne made the stay very memorable with fabulous breakfast platter. Mr Neil's stories of participating in ploughing competitions, hobby in making toy woods for charity , etc, made the stay extremely memorable.
The house is very well kept. Warm water, tea, coffee can be accessed at any time. They even provided some chocolates.
Great view in the evening and morning. You'd be able to see the big grass field and the sea.

We highly value a quiet peaceful location and at Arabella we had all of this PLUS a very beautiful Panoramic outlook which took in the rolling hills and Southern Ocean. our hosts were so welcoming to us and really gave us a full background of what country life has been like over many years!
We liked everything, but perhaps some people who are more town oriented might want to walk into town rather than drive the 20 minutes into Port Campbell….the road is good and was well suited to us.
