Exceptional

So comfortable, felt like a home.

Had great WiFi Netflix and Disney channels. Dishwasher and tablets supplied. Was like a second home even down to a games room and BBQ.

I love how the kids had a playroom. The facilities were really nice and clean and it was really close to shops and Westfield. Would definitely stay here again if we could, it was very nice.

Convenient for Family Travelers

the location, it was close to a grocery store, restaurants, theme parks and a Westfield. The amenities included was great and made our stay very comfortable

great location if you’re going to the theme parks. villa itself was lovely. contact with Dayna was awesome!

the property inside was absolutely wonderful. great distance from theme parks

I think a few things could be better. the backyard chairs were scattered, I tidied them. the pegs were brittle, I replaced some. there were toys under the sofa bed, there’s someone’s shoe in the dining unit, the pamphlets need updating. Some surrounding property’s are untidy but understand nothing can be done about that. clearer instructions about the bins is needed. recycling needs to go out on the footpath I assume?

Home away from Home

The property was so comfortable and homey. I felt as though I was staying at a home away from home. The amenities were wonderful. Everything you could think of they had. It would also be an exceptional option for those with small kids as we noticed porta cots and baby mattresses in most rooms.

Atroushes, disgusting!!

Absolutely nothing about the Villa in and around, it was messy, coffee strains on the floor and the coffee table, dishwasher had an awful smell like a sewage, dead spiders on the floor, mould in all the windows and the shower window, it was thick and all over, not good for one's health (i am sick, and had to see the Doc) clearly the cleaners did not clean, the outside area was filthy and very untidy, could not even sit there. Then the gardner comes to clean the day before we vacate! When i complained, i was told the cleaner could clean the mould, and also the day before vacating, very expensive for a so called Villa, Mt Tamborine Motel 4 star cost us half of what we paid at the disgusting Villa. It is a total rip off. A dispute resulted in a $100 refund out of $769.94 ... Never ever in my life have i been so dissapointed in accommodation, the 1 star Motel up the road would've been a better option. I have all the proof of the disgusting so called Villa

the beds are bad to sleep on. the fans only had one setting. and made too much when on. besides that it wasn’t too bad.

Great villa in top location for Dreamworld

This villa has all we could need and was in a great location especially for Dreamworld. The host was very helpful and had great communication. The unit is quite large.

I think there could be better cooling going into the bedrooms. There were ceiling fans, but these had very little power to them. Couldn't see any difference the 3 level settings!

Convenient Coomera Crash Pad

Clever, compact living space; great location as walking distance to Coomera Indoor Sports Centre and takeaway/dining in food options. Ample toiletries provided. Excellent communication from Dayna. Great value all round.

There was no toilet paper and hair dryer in the accomodation. My deposit $250 was not yet returned to my card 2 working

The bathroom and kitchen benc are not clean enough. There were no toilet roll provided. There was no hair dryer. The location is excellent being close to tavern and shops.

How clean it was and i know they want but my dis likes up.

No parking was available unless we wanted to walk from the pool area because there was parking for extra cars there and the next door came out saying he will wake us up at 530 so he could get his car out if we parked in the driveway in front of the garage.

Exceptional

Perfect location with not far to travel for theme parks and other attractions. The house is very nice and well equipped with a games room, comfortable couches, nice bedding and art, coded door access so no need to worry about keys, ceiling fans and air conditioning. Dayna is a fantastic host, very friendly and helpful, polite and courteous, understanding and generous. We could not have asked for a better host.

Nothing, the stay was fantastic and we have no complaints.

horribly uncomfortable beds, very dirty and lots of broken things.

It was very dirty. We found used tissues, broken nails, ants and grime. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. My husband and I could not sleep in the main bed as the springs were too prominent. I slept on one of the single beds, on top of the blankets to improve cushioning/comfort. There was a PLANNED water outage that our host didn't inform us of, so for a portion of our stay we had NO WATER to do dishes, shower, drink or flush the toilet. There was a huge amount of things requiring attention: broken furniture, inadequate number of pegs, the dryer wouldn't work, rancid oil in the cupboard and a tap falling off in the shower. I have informed the host of these issues so they may be fixed in the future.
