Really big, in the city center and beautiful historic place

Gets quite warm in summer

This palazzio is absolutely incrredible, it's difficult to put it differently. We weren't expecting such a BIG place. It was breathtaking, in such a beautiful city! We felt very honored to sleep there and we liked the library room so much. Bed is comfy. The only thing missing was a sound system to put music in the appartment. Aside from that....Beautiful!

Magical place, truly outstanding

Our stay here was one of the highlights of our trip and I hesitated to write a review because it's a true gem that I'm worried will become too popular! The accommodation included the ENTIRE residence, which was adorned with ceiling frescoes, interesting art, and gorgeous decor. It's like staying in a comfortable museum. The enormous window views from the main room to the street is quite fun. The owners stopped by and brought a bottle of wine. We couldn't believe how fortunate we were to stay here; it truly made our time in Volterra so special. Kitchen was well-equipped with utensils/plates/cooking items. Bedroom was spacious and there was a pull-out couch in the music room. There is plenty of space for 4-6 people. Excellent location on a quiet side street just off the main piazza. Parking is easy and close by. Truly an outstanding experience.
