Centrale ligging, mooi en schoon
Het verkeer in het straatje achter het appartement ( politie personeel die met hoge snelheid door een klein steegje rijdt/ scheurt)
Host heeft er al vaker over geklaagd, er zou eigenlijk een Max snelheid moeten komen, in Nederland zou de straat/ steeg zijn afgesloten. 😖

The location is great. The building and apartment are easy access for people with mobility restrictions. The host really tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible; local info, extra blankets, coffee and snacks. Very fast response to all communications.
For reasons unclear, it can be a bit noisy from street traffic in the living room.

It was a good sized apartment
The noise prevented any sleep for two nights.
The apartment had broken fixtures and fittings and was in DESPERATE need for a good clean.
The kitchen area didn’t have enough facilities and crockery was chipped and dirty.
Check in was a difficult process.

Excellent location, very clean, great facilities for a family stay. Very accommodating with an early arrival.
Location was ideal to explore the area
Very small issue with the shower, it leaked if the water went to the right of the shower. Might need to be sealed again, other than than that. No complaints

Communication was excellent. Great location. Air con worked excellently. We were even give a bonus sparkling water and a bottle of wine. The little touches that make you feel welcome. Very clean and comfortable. Wifi VG.

The apartment was so clean, spacious and so so central, right beside the arena and main streets. The owners and staff were so kind and friendly. When we arrived they had a bottle of wine and some cakes for us. Communication was fantastic and they allowed us to check out an hour later than normal. I could not recommend this apartment highly enough, the photos on site actually dont do it justice🤗 We will be back!!!

The location is so perfect for travellers as it is so close to the Arena where major places of interests are nearby or within minutes walk. For those who love to see opera and musical performances at the Arena this is a great location. Our Host Simone is really good. First he has someone waiting for us in the apartment to give us the keys as well as explained to us all the amenities. Simone also WhatsApp to give us direction and accommodates our need. The place is just like a home with everything we need…washer, laundry rack, dish washer, dishes, cutlery, storage closet, etc. we were also greeted with a bottle of wine, snacks, coffees supplies etc. The apartment is very safe and air conditioning is super efficient.
The shower head holder is a bit loose. But it could be easily tighten.

location was amazing we were right in the centre. The apartment was clean and spacious the host was very accommodating and accessible. There was few food options just stone throw away including halal kebab shop. cafe Artisi has really good options and reasonable prices. The customer service was exceptional.

Perfect location - next to the amphitheatre. The instructions to get there were very clear and the host was very helpful. The apartment is spacious, clean and well provided.

Modern and very clean apartment in a perfect location, a few meters from the Arena. Fast wifi, comfortable beds, TV, aircon, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom. Well organized check in. Definitely recommended!
