The villa is a large semi-detached house built in the nineteenth century, 300 meters square surrounded by a big garden fully equipped. Guests have access to a large outdoor space for outdoor dining, in a shady garden, surrounded by a high wall that offers total privacy. - On the first floor: entrance hall, dining room, living room, kitchen pantry. - On the second floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with television. - On the third floor: 3 double bedrooms, a triple bedroom, and a bathroom. The third bathroom with shower is located in the annex near the swimming pool. Parking spaces on the property The Villa is located in Filettole, a town between Pisa and Lucca. The location is perfect to reach the most important cities of Tuscany such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena, the beautiful beaches of Versilia and Forte dei Marmi, and the famous area Garfagnana. It's not far from San Rossore, Massaciuccoli, and Marina di Vecchiano.
