The central location was convenient to getting around the city and to and from the train station.

There was a lot of work going on in the building that made it very loud until 22:30-23:00 every night.

A great location, very clean and comfortable. Our host was very friendly and provided great information to make the most of our visit to La Spezia

The location is fantastic if you aim to visit the cinque terre, being just 2 minutes walk to the station. The reception was very friendly, great with advice and accommodated a late arrival. The room is large and simple. Bathroom functional and clean. I would recommend to stay there.

A bit expensive considering you are not staying directly in Cinque Terre. But it's similar everywhere.

Great place to stay, near to the city center and the train station. The owner is very kind and he was very patient to explain me what's better to do in the city and surrounds.

The lift in the building takes too long to get to the floor and you have to be quite patient

if all you need is a place to sleep and keep your stuff while exploring Cinque Terre, the rooms in this Affitacamere is a good value. My friend and I had 2 single beds, a private bathroom with shower and soap/shampoo and towels provided. there were adequate electrical outlets for our devices. the beds were fine. you can’t open the window because the building outside is being renovated. breakfast is a non-event, just the typical coffee and brioche in a caffe across the piazza. the location is only a few minutes walk to the La Spezia train station. Raffaello was really nice and welcoming!

the elevator door needs some fixing as it wasn’t easy to open the gate.

Scaffolding outside so no views from windows and 150 steps to top floor unless you can trust the lift. I am ok with stairs and would book again so minor issues

The host was exceptional from planning the use of space through tour guide recommendations with maps, anecdotes…felt like a member of the family was looking out for me to ensure the time was memorable!!

I had no view at all and you need to remember at 6 floors up to take water / food etc as there is nothing supplied (which is fine just a point)

The breakfast is a coupon for a restaurant across the street but it's only valid for a coffee and a croissant. We were travelling for work and then you expect something else.

You would have problems to find the rooms by yourselves, it is not well signed out

nothing, we booked online and when we arrived the woman would not let us in and told us we did t have a reservation. we were still charged for a night we did not stay at the property.

The desk clerk was rude and unwilling to help. told us we didn’t have a reservation, wouldn’t take my confirmation number and would not let us in the building.

Close to the train station. Really clean and modern room. We liked La Spezia. We ended up parking at the train station. I was a couple of blocks walk, but that was really okay. This is not luxury, but is very clean and is modern despite the age of the building. The room was very nice with an extremely good and clean shower.

We took the train to Vernazza. The train station in La Spezia was very good and the people very helpful. In Vernazza, the opposite was true. The train statiion was extremely dirty. They locked the toilettes and closed the information and ticket office at about 5 p.m. The turned off the lifts! The food we had on the pier was mediocre. There was a bakery that was very good as you walked to the pier, and the lady was very helpful. Generally, however, our experience as so poor in Vernazza that we cancelled the rest of our time in Cinque Terra and moved on the Canelli where the countryside was beautiful, the people were kind, the facilities were very good and the wine was great.

location was great. the bed was comfortable. the view was very nice and the elevator worked well.

air conditioning didn’t work very well. it was too hot a lot of the time. the man running it was very nice and considerate - BUT he had forgotten to give me information about where to go for breakfast and he had also forgotten to give me the voucher to pay for it. Breakfast is one juice, one cappuccino and one croissant or pastry at a cafe directly across the piazza.
