In elegant urbanization of recent construction and excellent location, the latest in comfort and brand new. Ideal for couples and families, who seek to relax. With two swimming pools, one of them for children. Private solarium of 60 m2, with umbrella and sun beds, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. A double bedroom and another with two twin beds, both with large closets and access (wide glass doors) to a terrace of 20 m2, with table, chairs and lounger to enjoy the first coffee in the morning. Spacious living room with integrated kitchen, fully equipped: Washing machine, refrigerator, 32-inch flat screen TV, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, fryer, iron, full kitchenware, and a long list that will make your stay as comfortable as possible . From the viewpoint-balcony of the lounge you can contemplate the state of the sea, if there are waves to surf ..... Bathroom with shower, bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided. El cotillo is one of the favorite places for surf lovers, due to the adequate wind conditions and temperature of the water beaches. This fishing village is also a paradise of peace, a perfect destination for a truly relaxing holiday.

What an apartment this is. Huge 2 bedroom apartment on the inside and a huge rooftop terrace on the outside with sea views. The other outside terrace from the bedrooms is also big and overlooks the pool. Apartments are a mixture of holiday homes and Spanish homes. It is accessible to some local bars, restaurants and supermarkets and the main part of El Cotillo is only about a five minute walk. A very short walk to the beach and a further walk/drive to the lagoons. The apartment has everything you need for a home from home feel and well equipped with pots and pans etc. Loved it.

We had a lovely time at this apartment. It is clean and well equipped with the added bonus of a washing machine and beach towels for guest use. The beds were super comfy and the roof terrace is a fabulous spot for relaxing in the sun.

Casa Gaia is a roomy well looked after and clean apartment which includes everything one needs for a comfortable stay in El Cotillo. The apartment includes two separate outdoor spaces, a big balcony overlooking the building's communal pool, and a roof top terrace. Casa Gaia is located very close to La Concha beach which allows for amazing sunset watching, as well shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 17 days with a five years old kid.
Casa Gaia was the perfect location for us. Only a few minutes walk into the small town of El Cotillo and on the other side next to the beaches.
The apartment is really well equipped with everthing you need for your holiday. We found everthing that is mentioned in the advertisement and much more. The rooms are spacious and you have enough stoware for your personal things. Both sleeping rooms have access to the balcony which is directed to the courtyard with a pool. We enjoyed breakfast and diner at the balcony which has a lot of room and is sheltered against wind and sun (after midday). On top you have a roof top where you also can spend time relaxing in the sun.
The communication with Lola was friendly, quick and easy. A few days for arrival we got all information about the check in and a direction plan. Both with pictures, so that nothing can go wrong.
We can recommend Casa Gaia absolutely und we will come back!

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Dachterrasse, Pool und das Meer in unmittelbarer Nähe sind ein Traum. Die Kommunikation mit Lola ist sympathisch, schnell und unkompliziert. Wir kommen wieder.

The apartment is superb and made even better by the upstairs patio which is secluded and basks in all day sun. We went mid November and had a fantastic sunny week eating out in all the wonderful restaurants in the vicinity.

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt
Wir haben in dem Apartment eine sehr schöne und entspannte Zeit verbracht. Es ist sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet. Es verfügt über einen großen Balkon und eine riesen Terrasse auf dem Dach. Bis zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß und nebenan befindet sich ein Supermarkt und kleinere Geschäfte. Der Ort El Cotillo ist wunderschön und wir waren nun schon das vierte Mal als Familie hier im Urlaub. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihr hat reibungslos geklappt, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Beautiful apartment
This is a lovely apartment in a great location within El Cotillo. There is an amazing view of the sea and also of the pool on the other side of the building. Everything was very clean and well equipped. You'll be guaranteed a good night's sleep as the area is quiet at night.
The check in process and communication with the owner were great.
We had a great holiday and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Nette Ferienwohnung mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre
Die Casa Gaia ist in einem schönen Apartment-Komplex etwa 300m vom Strand entfernt. Vom Wohn-/Esszimmer aus hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Von den beiden Schlafzimmern aus kommt man auf den Balkon der auf den Innenhof mit Pool gerichtet ist. Ein Stockwerk höher befindet sich außerdem eine Dachterrasse von der man einem schönen Panoramablick hat.
Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ebenfalls nur ca. 300m entfernt. Auch einige Restaurants, Cafes und Bäcker sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Zentrum mit Hafen von El Cotillo ist es ein 15 Minuten Spaziergang.
Das Organisatorische wie z.B. die Schlüsselübergabe hat völlig reibungslos funktioniert.
Einziges Manko ist, dass das Haus etwas hellhörig ist. Wenn mal eine Tür knallt (was wegen des starken Winds durchaus hin und wieder passiert) hört man das im ganzen Haus.
Uns hat das aber nicht so sehr gestört und wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt hier und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Nice apartment
We spent one week in Nov/Dec. The apartment is fine for 2 adults and children. The apartment is well insulated, which is a benefit in the cold months.

Home Comforts!
My wife and I stayed at Casa Gaia for a 4 week period during Feb 2018 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Everything was exactly as described on the website and contributed to a wonderful relaxing stay in El Cotillo. The apartment had everything we needed and we had been advised via email by owner Lola in advance that the only thing we would need to bring was mosquito repellent and sun cream. Normally we would take such advice with a pinch of salt and bring the usual tea, coffee, salt, washing powder etc. but we needn't have bothered as indeed everything we required was provided. The apartment benefits from a good sized balcony leading off from the two bedrooms which was great to enjoy the sun in the morning. The spacious roof terrace was our usual spot to relax and take in the sun in the afternoon. The balcony has a table and chairs along with a settee, seat and coffee table and the roof terrace has a table, chairs as well as sun loungers and cushions. Even sun hats are provided if needed! The bathroom is equipped with a great shower with virtually instant hot water. A washing machine is also provided which is a great bonus. The living room/kitchen is well equipped and is clean and tidy. The apartment has a great view of the sea from either the living room or the upstairs terrace.
The only issue we had during our stay was an initial problem with the wifi but this was resolved by the owner Lola after we contacted her.
El Cotillo is a lovely spot with beautiful scenery along the beach towards the lighthouse. The old and new harbours are within a 10 minute stroll away and are great for stopping up at a café for a coffee and cake and engaging in some people watching. There is a fantastic choice of good quality restaurants including Sottovento, Azzurro and La Ballena. For snacks and light lunches Ocean Deli and El Mentidero offer great value.
If you would like a quieter break away from the normal tourist hot spots then El Cotillo is certainly worth a try and nowhere better to stay then Casa Gaia. We would certainly love to return! Incidentally we had our deposit returned promptly within 7 days of checking out.

Perfect apartment, perfect location for first family holiday abroad
This was our first trip away wth our 9 month old baby and Lola did everything to ensure our stay was perfect. She was highly communicative and accommodating from the moment we made the booking. The apartment is so well equipped! Only things you need to bring as clothes, toiletries and travel adapters! There are plenty of spaces to enjoy the outside- the solarium and balcony both being wonderful lazing spots. The view from the lounge to the sea is perfect. Our baby enjoyed the spacious travel cot (large brought to accommodate a sleepyhead grand) and the highchair. We stayed in November and did not find the appartment too hot- 27C. I imagine Lola would provide fans if needed in the summer months. The pool was beautifully maintained, but is worth noting it’s not heated (24C) so we managed to buy our baby a wetsuit from Lashares which she also used daily in the beautiful morning lagoons at the beach 2 mins walk from the appartment (the best beach!). Only thing for me that would improve the appartment would be to put up a second blind in the east facing twin room to block light in the morning- we had a travel black out blind for our baby so it wasn’t an issue for us. Oh and the WiFi is a little slow/intermittent which just meant we spent more time talking and enjoying or environment that spending it on the net! :)
The location is superb- El Cottillo is perfect if you prefer a more relaxed, less touristy holiday that still has plenty of amazing seafood restaurants and places for cocktails whilst watching the sunset over the sea. The appartment is 2 mins from a supermarket, a great cocktail bar, brilliant eatery and in our opinion the best beach in el cotillo. We loved it and certainly hope to return!

We stayed for 9 weeks and found it a home from home. A clean, well cared for apartment with every utility you could wish for. I would recommend it to anyone.
The location is great. Really close to the superb beaches in El Cotillo and also to the supermarket and restaurants. Nothing to complain about at all.
