Front Desk Staff service was excellent. Excellent Dinner- must make reservations if you want to eat dinner at the hotel. Prices was very good for the area. Stay was very nice. Hope to return, next time we will request a room facing the mountains and not the street.

Nice hotel with friendly staff near the cable car. Room smaller but quite sufficient. Of course there was daily cleaning and clean towels. Breakfast was good, I would have liked more vegetables - cucumbers, tomatoes, etc...

Good food, location, pleasant restaurant staff, restricting visitors in the sauna makes it more safe and calm.

Electric charger would be good. Stucko is easy to install outside. The public charger across the street works only for Italians and Germans.

Very good breakfast, lunch. Super cleaning everywhere, and the kindness of staff.

The food was very good and well presented with good variety each night. The wine list comprised mainly local wines but they were of good quality.

The staff appeared a little serious but that may have only been the result of their not speaking a lot of English (our fault for not speaking much German or Italian).
