Good location and budget-friendly rate, cleanliness

Before checking in, I requested that the room be very clean and that we have a kettle because we have a newborn. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were pleased to find a very clean room in a newly renovated building. The hotel is highly recommended for its good location and budget-friendly rates.

Amazing Hidden Gem

Room was very modern , clean and led lighting under bed and air purifier where a bonus. Bed was incredibly comfortable, tv wasn't crappy cable and we were able to use Netflix , You Tube ECT. Price and location where great and even tried the pizza place attached in the building which was above expectations. We our Niagara Falls locals have been to dozens of hotels in the city and this is our new fav hidden gem.

Nice stay for an affordable weekend on Niagara falls

It's a very nice place considering what you pay for the room, it's clean and the beds are really comfy.

May I suggest the possibility of having a microwave in the room? It could be a convenient addition to the amenities provided.

absolutely horrible with horrible staff

I hated everything about this properly

There was absolutely no amenities, one toilet paper role, 2 garbage bags, no microwave or kettle when it said in the booking it was going to be there, no ice machine and had to wait 40 minutes for moldy ice only when you asked, one plastic cup, 2 towels, and a LIST of charges if anything was SOILED the floors and bathroom were absolutely disgusting and they gave a sheet for a blanket with hair still left on it from the previous stays. I paid almost 340 dollars for this place because when I went to check out they charged me $80 extra because they said I never booked for the right amount of people yet on my manage booking account it showed exactly what I booked for the correct amount of people. The receptionist lied to the owner saying I slammed the door on her face and walked off while she was talking as well. this people are scammers, I love Niagara Falls, and my family and I come here so often and this place is completely horrible

Overall, Mamma's Inn offered a comfortable and family-friendly stay that was perfect for our travel

Mamma's Inn was perfect for our family trip and fit our budget nicely. Mr. Philip's assistance with our luggage before and after our stay was much appreciated. The hotel's cleanliness and the convenience of having a bus stop right across the street made our stay even better. We'd recommend it for families on a budget.

The hotel didn't have central AC but separate air coolers.

Price was decent why we stayed here, not sure if I’ll be back though.

The property and easy walk down to Clifton Street where all the action is.

We were on the second floor by the street, so it was very loud at times. It said the rooms are soundproof, but I’m guessing they must be use newspaper. And on our second night starting at 3am until seven people were yelling and swearing up and down the halls so didn’t get any sleep that night. the room is kind of dirty, the bathroom is a little dirty with empty bottles from the previous guest in the shower. And some of the lights did not work.

Great for a 1-2 night stay!

The couple at the reception were very friendly and lovely. They had a mini fridge and free parking included at a very reasonable price for the area. When I walked in, I commented on how they had a microwave in the lobby so when we checked in, he said that they actually have some rooms with microwaves in them and offered us one at no extra cost. Walking distance to all the action but far enough that it's not noisy. Would book here again!

Location, Staff were attentive, when told that the tub was slippery a shower mat was made available promptly, AC worked well, rooms were spacious.

AMAZING

Excellent place , near ALL fun stuff in niagara 5 min walk! excellent employee who love is job and make you feel at home instantly. Cheap price , huge bed , clean place easy netflix huge clim! and excellent pizzeria just down in the same bulding HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! if you have alot of little monstrer and cant spend 1000$ on 1 week CALL MAMA'S INNN!!!

Affordable rooms, and very pleasant staff. The rooms were finished in a modern way. Water pressure was very nice and strong in the bathroom.

Lack of lights, our main ceiling light was not working. We turned on all the lamps instead.

My stay was awesome.

The location is within walking distance to the falls if you like stretching your legs. The rooms are well kept as well as the bathrooms. Eating places are close too.

I got lots of rest in this hotel. It’s a very nice spot close to the main attractions.

The staff was very hospitable. They allowed me to check in earlier (for an extra fee) which was very convenient for me because I arrived earlier than planned and got to settle in and rest.

I didn’t like that the bathroom was very tight and that the bed was so close to the wall next to the A/C.

was by far the best value. No amenities here when not in pool season, but that’s all we needed. a comfortable place to stay. Bed was waaaay more comfortable the expected, and the room was quite spacious. the place is a remodelled older hotel, but that’s fine. At least they made the effort.
