On our way to one day rafting on Ottawa river, this was the perfect stopover

It is conveniently located near stores, main roads and center. Rooms are specious and comfortable.

Always a comfortable stay.

The rooms are comfortable as is the bed, which is very important.

The breakfast buffet attendant/ staff lacked good customer service skills. She could use some lessons on how to treat and be respectful to guests.

Comfort at the Comfort Inn!

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good too and I liked the shampoo and conditioner provided. I also liked being on the ground floor– it was helpful to be able to load in and out of our room right as our car was parked right outside (I just wish we could've had a way to unlock our sliding door from the outside).

The pillows were not great.. quite lumpy. Felt like they were filled with foam bits, which doesn't seem like the cleanest option. Our thermostat/heater also seemed to have a mind of its own!

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . Great breakfast . Beds very comfortable

Carpets dirty due age wear and tear. Suggest getting rid of them and no carpets . Also you can hear the water running when other guests use the toilets or sinks

Comfortable hotel with basic amenities.

The breakfast was basic, another fruit choice would have been nice. The location was good,we were visiting family and the location worked well. The staff were friendly, the front desk was understaffed and not always available.

Rooms were not being cleaned, although initially when we arrived everything was neat. A bit noisy due to others coming and going and the road traffic.

comfortable rooms, fair price, busy main strip, easy access to anything and everything you need

i liked the privacy of the back and they lay out of the building .

the AC did not work in the room… several other people we were traveling with had the same issues the last night we stayed there. the street is quite busy and sometimes waiting a few minutes to even get on the main street .
