Very well-kept chain hotel with excellent staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Amazing dinner in the hotel restuarant; a must do (exceptional for a hotel restaurant!) Convenient location (next to Twinbrook Metro) and close to restaurants and shops.

Digital Key on Hilton Honors app never worked, had to get physical keycards (if you're parking there this is a must as the keycards are used to get in and out of the parking areas). $25 a night. The garage is tight, better for smaller cars. Some parking on the surface as well. Expect to walk a bit as there are only two pairs of elevators diametrically across from each other; unless your room is right by them you will walk at least one side length of the hotel.

We were only there one night and overall it was a pleasant stay.

They let us check in 3 hours early. There were a lot of places around the hotel to dine.

One elevator was not working so that was a little annoying. The bed was not comfortable.

Great hotel, great location

Great location near the Washington DC Metro and mall. Great staff. Very clean rooms. I couldn’t be there for the reserved date at the very last minute and they were able to modify my arrival without any problem. Thanks!

Sleepless night in a loud, bright, uncomfortable room

Nothing.

I am pretty low maintenance and have been perfectly comfortable staying in a wide range of hotels - from Motel 6 to St Regis - but this hotel was possibly the worst I have ever stayed in. First of all, be very careful which room you book! The lower priced rooms face into the interior of the hotel with no window facing outside (no natural light.) There was a hallway on either side of the room and the “window” opened to the inner most hallway. The interior of the hotel is lit up all night and light leaks in around the door and curtains. The hvac unit is very very loud and cycled on and off all night and we could hear the hvac units in the rooms on either side, too. We could also hear and feel when other guest opened and shut doors. The beds were hard and the toiletries had a very strong, strange smell. Neither my husband nor I slept much at all the first night, so we checked out and moved to another area hotel.

Grand Hotel !

There were a lot of exceptional qualities that the hotel had. One was the large atrium space with the interior balconies and glass elevators. The breakfast buffet and seating was great - excellent presentation and dining layout. Our hotel room had ample amount of space making it feel very comfortable. The location of the hotel in relation to the metro station also made it very easy for us to get to the hotel. Overall very good hotel.

My stay was relaxing and peaceful.

The staff were so accommodating, especially the gentleman in the coffee shop. I loved his demeanor. So friendly. The beds were comfy and the rooms were so quiet. I slept well.

מלון ברמה. יפה. נקי. מסודר. יש 20 מטר ממנו סופר מרקט ענק( safe way ) באמת תענוג.תשמעו קטע. היה לנו עכבר בחדר. גילינו את זה רק לאחר יומיים. הצוות פינה אותנו לסוויטה. וזיכו אותנו על שתי לילות מתוך ארבע.

חנייה בתשלום. קבלו סוד. באותו מתחם ממש יש חניייה של לקוחות בנק. בחינם. חניתי שם כל השבוע.

Nice stay in a well located good value hotel ..than needs a little TLC to be the best it can be,

The AC is an old system. The room was either too cold or got warm. The water in the shower was never "HOT". The towels were ok but a little 'OLD".

The staff was nice and helpful, always. They offered me late checkout at 1 pm. I got some additional coffee pads. Dinner was good, breakfast was OK.

There is not much around, so when the cafè inside is closed it can take a walk to get one. I got trouble with the pillows because they gave me a terrible neck pain, but I did not ask for a change, therefore the staff is not responsible anyhow.

The quality of the bed makes up for any minor quibbles.

Excellent bed and shower. Speedy check-in and out (though it would have been nice to have been warned that the room key was needed for exit from the parking garage.

Internet access. The log-in was diabolical apparently requiring joining Hilton Honors without allowing for the possibility you might have joined previously. It shouldn't appear to be required at all and certainly shouldn't crash as it did twice before succeeding.
