The room location was fantastic overlooking he Perce rock. It was the best place to be during Fiona - to see and experience the “moods” of the water. GREAT BREAKFAST

Deborah was FANTASTIC. We also really liked the owner. We were happy to be able to communicate in English. I got to play the piano.

Rooms was very comfortable, like the loft to look outside. Unfortunately hurricane Fiona limited our enjoyment and had to cut our visit short.
Breakfast included fresh eggs, hash brown and ham.
The location was excellent as we can see Perce rock from our room.
Staff were helpful and friendly especially Deborah.

View from our room was excellent. Breakfast was very good and generous. Staff was friendly.
The decor in the room and the furniture was dated. The carpet was not in good condition and needs to be replaced or removed completely. The room had a musty smell.

The view was spectacular which is why we booked this hotel. We went in September so no air conditioning wasn't a problem but I can't imagine it in July. The carpets need to go, and the bathrooms could use a major update. The size of the room was amazing, so you take some good with the bad! Breakfast was good, nice view from balcony!

Beautiful place, best ocean view hotel in town

This hotel is just outside downtown Percé, but up a hill a bit and so has great views of Percé rock and the surrounding area. Also you can hear the waves crashing against the cliff which is lovely.
There was no water available at breakfast

The view was great
The room next to our was under full renovation so we barely got the chance to sleep as early in the morning we were got woken up by drills and hammers.
Wifi wasnt too functional, couldnt get much done for work, emails could barely load so i had to use my phone's connection for my computer's internet.
Food in the morning wasnt great and considering we were alloted time slots because of COVID we would always come to food that had probably been staying the for 2h, so we ended up having to go eat elsewhere.

The view was spectacular! Also enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were very friendly.
You are basically paying for the view that was spectacular. Rooms are very old and the smell of the carpet gave us some allergies. No air-con and ventilation poor if windows, balcony door not opened. No insect nets on door to balcony as a result alot of flies and mosquitos came in.

Great view, unfortunately the windows don’t allows to enjoy the view properly and very clean.
Staff was friendly with the exception of Sandy who made me and my family (two kids) like we were in a military camp. She was the downtown of the stay. Otherwise hotel is good and very clean.

Insonorisation. Internet power fluctuation.

Nice location and great views
There’s no privacy in the balcony as they are all conected. So it feels like you are just sitting with your neighbours.
Wifi doesn’t work inside the rooms.
You can hear everything from the neighbours, even the snores.
