Newly updated and well maintained property. It has lakehouse vibes, and it's close to shops and cafes. It was quiet and offered a good selection for continental breakfast. Very friendly and welcoming customer service.

Staff was helpful and accommodated us for an early check in.
We also ran an event onsite and the meeting room was comfortable, washrooms were clean and stocked.

We were able to upgrade to a lovely jacuzzi suite for not that much more per night. I highly recommend if you are staying for more than a simple overnighter.
While I like a firm bed I found our bed quite hard.

Coffee station with muffin, yogurt and fruit salad cup for breakfast. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Everything is impeccably clean. Conform to the description on Booking.com. Convenient location: right in the center of Lakefield. Parked 10 meters from the entrance. Foodland supermarket 5min away walking, and Timmy's 3min away by car. A bit of nit-picking: the room was quite cold when I arrived.

Furnished like grandmas house, extremely dated. Sheets felt scratchy/cheap.
