El personal era molt atent, especialment Negrito. És molt molt cèntric ja que està al bell mig de la Medina a un moment caminant de la plaça Jemaa el Fna. Tenen servei de Haima i t'ofereixen també excursions. Molt a prop tenen restaurant propi.
L'esmorzar podria ser una mica més complet i un dia no ens van portar el mateix que el dia anterior (el primer dia es van deixar la melmelada i el suc de taronja un altre dia). La piscina del centre del jardí no es pot utilitzar tot l'any.

Riad estupendo, totalmente recomendable. Muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos de la plaza. Limpio, personal amable y buen desayuno.

Les chambres étaient magnifiquement décorées et d'une propreté impeccable. Le personnel était exceptionnellement chaleureux et serviable, toujours prêt à rendre mon séjour agréable.

Acabámos por ficar no Riad Ghali 2 porque o hotel original teve um problema com o nosso quarto. O quarto em que ficámos era de tamanho adequado, tínhamos inclusive uma cama de casal e outra individual. A piscina era muito boa, pequena mas excelente para refrescar. O pequeno almoço era ótimo e servido no terraço com vista para a piscina. Os funcionários foram todos impecáveis, explicaram-nos a situação da mudança de Riad e ofereceram-nos como recompensa uma massagem. Ficámos bastante satisfeitas com este hotel e recomendamos a quem quiser vir visitar Marrakech!! Todos muito simpáticos e prestáveis, grande variedade de experiências e atividades a marcar.
Apesar de inesperado até gostámos mais do nosso novo quarto, a piscina era mais reservada do que no Riad original. Limpeza adequada, poderiam apenas ter colocado mais papel higiénico diariamente

I loved that they were so accommodating and hospitable. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable and I appreciate that.
I didn’t like that the tv nor ac wasn’t working and the temperature was already really hot and that they charge for an extra adult irregardless if it’s your spouse or not.

Communication from hotel that we would need to park our car away from the riad and walk our luggage in would have been helpful. This is very typical for the region and I think would be helpful for foreign travelers to be informed

The experience in the riad is supreme. Everyone working there, apart from being professional, are also great people, always ready to help. The rooms are extremely clean and the interior is fabulous and colourful, just like Morocco. The location of the riad is in a peaceful place and 2 minutes walk to the traditional market. I highly recommend this experience in the heart of the medina.

Location was honestly very confusing - it was hard to find on Google Maps since it was tucked in a tight alley way. But the room was great!
If the pool was heated, that would've been very nice. Also a sign outside in the main alley way indicating the location would've made it easier to find.

The setting, character and furnishings were great. It was a tranquil spot, well positioned to the many places of interest and restaurants.
The bedroom and riad was very cold and uncomfortable.The staff could have been more engaging. Would have loved to had tea and drinks provided even with a charge.
It was not made clear that all food was served at a nearby restaurant which was over priced.

Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast.
very very small room and bathroom.I banged my head multiple times.Last morning had big cut on forehead(which is going to leave mark),Reception did not has plaster and was advised to go to chef, chef said to go to reception ! I ended up going to shop to buy plaster. To hotel: please stack up first aid.

Place is dirty, staff unhelpful with no information on arrival, some potentially dodgy dealings going on in there where they target tourists. Stay away.
