They did not serve a breakfast, but that was OK - they are not usually worth the effort anyway. This is an older Motel that is being upgraded and is well cared for. The owner checked me in and he was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean, updated and quiet and I would stay there again when in the area. As a solo female traveller I felt quite safe there. Thank you!

Wonderful owner, very helpful. Very receptive when I mentioned changing water temperature of shower... I'm sure he'll look into fixing it. Clean and comfortable room. Would stay here again.

The owner has a freshly paved parking lot and is obviously taking good care of the place. He was easy to talk to and knowledgeable about the needs of travellers.

We were two guys riding our motorcycles across Canada he welcomed us and even offered a garden hose and washing facilities to help us clean the bikes … great deal!

The front staff were very efficient and friendly. Check in was quick and seamless.
There were efforts made to upgrade the rooms. However, the paint in the bathroom was chipped around the door, and the bedding and towels were outdated. Unfortunately, despite the effort made with the upgrades, it left the room with a dingy look. It was clean though.

We were on a road trip, location was perfect.
Internet needs to be upgraded. I use my laptop a lot. Motel was busy, internet was overwhelmed and went down. Bed mattress was too firm.

Not much. It was clean.
Coffee maker didn't work, rough location, staff talking to each other rather than checking us in, bugs in the room, price on the doors much lower than what I booked online....... etc. Would not stay there again. Wasn't worth what I paid.

Family run business. Very friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean, and had a homey feel to it unlike the sterile decor of most hotel chains. Owner has done upgrades to exterior, HVAC, and bath fittings.
The bath exhaust is original, and hadn't been cleaned in awhile, so squealed like a banshee when starting up. To the owner: it just needed a blast of compressed air, and a drop or two of oil in the motor to get it running smoothly again.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Fridge+freezer and microwave in room. Spacious. Clean. Friendly and efficient check-in. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Conveniently located on the highway.
If you stay in any of the motels in this area be aware that there are lots of trucks passing by on the highway. Pack your ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Very comfortable bed, newly renovated bathroom and quiet, despite being right on the Trans Canada Highway (convenient). Basic room with all the standard amenities: fridge, coffee maker (but one with those coffee bags rather than actual coffee, which are not great). Reception desk was very friendly and efficient. Will stay again.
