Clean room, microwave, clean towel and sheets.
Size of room was quite cramped, narrow parking space for bigger vehicles, couldn't park near my room.

fantastic location across the road from lake. Nice comfortable bed. Walking distance to everything Harrison Hot Springs has to offer. Free parking directly outside our door. Friendly staff.
Our room had an unpleasant faint cigarette smell, possibly it was a smoking suite previously. Tv had to be operated manually as the remote only operated cable channels. Room wasn’t serviced on our second day. Loud tapping noises from above our room would occur intermittently, at times waking me up.

It's a motel, hence essential in the services and ideal for short stays. Having said that, it was OK: the staff was kind, the price was reasonable, the position was perfect.

The location of the hotel in the resort town of Harrison Hot Springs at the base of Lake Harrison, is beautiful. The lake and surrounding area is amazing. Although the hotel itself is very dated, my room was very clean. At the adjacent Basecamp restaurant/cafe, the food and staff were both excellent. A 15% discount is available to Hotel guests.
Parking was limited and crowded. At times over my 5 day stay, when there were larger cars and trucks parked, it was very difficult to drive in and out of the very narrow driveway and parking spaces.

Location and people, it was clean.
The place needs lots of updates.
I was NOT impressed with the town’s public hot springs, they changed the hours with no notice and it with filthy in the bathrooms.

Very good location, friendly staff, clean comfortable room and restaurant on site.
Hard water, room a bit dated, noise from room above not well insulated ( dog barking, water running, foot steps etc until about 3 am). Parking stall extra $5/ night and limited availability, narrow stalls.

Great location right on the water. The motel is a bit dated but very clean. It was perfect for a weekend in Harrison hot springs. You get 15% off food at the base camp cafe below which is fantastic (great food and staff!). Good value for money although not cheap. It had everything we needed. Bunk beds for the kids, bed was comfy. Coffee maker, tv, small bathroom, mosquito nets on windows! There were signs to be quiet between 9pm-9am which is helpful.
Smells from cafe below are strong. We kept the front window closed and only opened back window. Which was fine in May. In full summer it might have bothered me more.

location was great.
EXTRA charges for the pet room were excessive. The extra charges WERE INCURRED. after paying for the room online. We were informed that there would be an increase of about 40% for parking and the two small dogs.
I expect to pay more for the pet room but this should be upfront in the advertised room charge such that you can compare the costs.
Really there should be a damage deposit which should be returned after the room has been inspected for any damage, which would also encourage people to control their pets during their stay.
This appears to be a hidden money grab and should be reviewed as to allowing the site to stay with BOOKING.COM.

The room was nice. Beds were comfortable.
It's an older establishment, so it's showing signs of age.

It was very close to everything and in a good location. There was a restaurant on the property and staff were super friendly and helpful.
The bed smelled of chlorine and pillows were very uncomfortable.

it was immediately across from the main dock, certainly the best location of all the hotels! Upon walking in, the room smelled of some cleaning products, which was quite nice; I planned to have a bath here, so I brought some stuff to clean the bath also, but while cleaning, there was no discolouration in my product at all, meaning it was already quite clean! The bed was comfortable and the bedding was cozy. There was a microwave, fridge, and little coffee machine, equipped with some coffee pods/sugar/coffee mate, which was very handy. I went down the block and picked up a box of tea to have in my room which made evenings very relaxing. This property is close to everything! Seriously the best location, and the staff was so kind and personable. For me, my time spent in the room was pretty much just to sleep, not much lingering around, which if that’s your plan as well, I couldn’t think of a better place to stay.
The walls were thin, heard some ruckus lol, but I think most hotels and motels are this way unfortunately. human nature hahah.

Location is great, across the street from the lake waterfront. Many places to eat and beach within 5 min. walk.
The room was reasonably sized and clean.
The room was a bit dark - its only window faces the walkway (and the parking lot for first floor rooms). Keeping the curtains closed requires use of the lamps in the room.
I did not see any spa on the premises, not sure where the motel name comes from.

good location
noise from neighbors talking and plumbing noise any time other units used water
