You get what you pay for.

Bed very clean. Despite the very run down conditions it did seem reasonably clean. Quite considering the location!

Location and type of people hanging around was a little scary. One person seemed to be sitting in front of the office during my entire stay. Most of the furniture was ancient albeit functional. Hairdryer didn’t work, pull fell off pocket door to bathroom when touched.

For me a bad experience

Two of three receptionist were helpful and kind and tried to solve problems. One of them - I think - had a bad day and was not interested in finding solutions for the customer.

The hotel is old, needs to be renovated asap. Carpet old - bathroom old No cleaning service You can use it for one night - not more. Location is good and near the airport. Has an IHOP attached for a quick bite to eat

Understaffed, rooms old and bathroom falling apart. Small tiny cockroach appeared near my bed stand in the morning. Airport shuttle was not timely

Terrible hotel in a good location close to airport

Comfy bed, free airport shuttle and an iHop next door.

Leaking bathroom has made the carpet mouldy. Tried to sleep with the aweful mouldy smell. Old and grubby.

Disappointing

The location of the property was very close to both San Francisco and San Mateo where business was conducted. The heated pool was an absolute joy to use. The check in and check out process was pleasant.

The rooms were very filthy and weren’t cleaned by room service. They incorrectly processed the payment during the first couple of days and property in general did not seem to be well maintained.

I was attempting to check in on May 2 at 11:45 pm. I was told I could not use the card THAT I USED BEFORE! It was too late to check into another hotel so of course I was upset/angry. I told them that the staff needed to be trained better. I got cash and came back to pay and I was told they were not going to check.me in because I was being "aggressive." I was not being aggressive, I was upset! So, me and my DISABLED husband had to sleep.in.our car because it was too late to check into another hotel. I have had MULTIPLE ISSUES with this property and filed a previous complaint! This is so unacceptable and I will make sure that everyone knows how we have been treated! I will be calling corporate!!!!!!!

It was decent and you get what you pay for but it was 100% so smelly that it gave us headaches. I probably wouldn’t stay

It was definitely value, the tvs weren’t too small and had a decent amount of channels. The beds were clean and I didn’t see any bugs.

It literally smelled so much, not sure what the smell was but I had two rooms and it was the same. I would say if you have asthma it’s probably better to get a different hotel, my boyfriend has minor asthma and he couldn’t breathe well. The parking lot was beyond full, which was fine with me but I know some people don’t like that.

bed surprisingly comfortable, numerous tv channels, decent size tv , close to 101 freeway

gentlemen who checked us in in the evening could have been more cordial and helpful

Good location, shuttle is so convenient but the room was a firmer smoking room that changed to non smoking but it smelled like smoking.

Smoking room was listed as non smoking room But the room smelled like all smoke. Didn’t make a big deal since it was only overnight.
