Clean, comfort beds.

The room was absolutely disgusting there were burn marks on the chair and bed and to be honest we both felt very unsafe and the ammentities and pictures posted were completely false. It was not worth the money and at this rate we would like our money back that's how bad this place is we will never try to stay here again.

Due to the design of the building, you could hear everyone having breakfast and using the pool starting at 6:30am every day. If you don’t like being woken up early, this is most certainly not for you. I also booked through Booking.com and check in was a nightmare - the hotel didn’t have our reservation and the staff was not very communicative about what was going on unless we basically interrogated them. It was overall clean, but there were a lot of preexisting damages like holes in the walls and such.

Location is good.
Breakfast was very minimal, the room was pretty clean, but very basic, with a massive window facing inside the hotel, which did not allow us to have light and intimacy at the same time.

I called confirm check in time on the day of check in(5/20/23) and was told by the receptionist that my stay was cancelled. He said that 20 people had been overbooked. Later I found that the Taylor Swift concert had made accommodations in the area expensive and scarce. I suspect the hotel canceled me so they could double/triple the rate to customers in the wake of this event.

You only offered waffles they stuck to the burner off at Noyle for the burner very few selections in the fridge no muffins no cereal not much of anything but waffles Pachuca anyway take off the burner

The staff was very friendly and helpful
There was a lot of peeling paint on the ceiling of the room and possible mold. The garage smelled horrific.

I loved the parking options. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and it was quiet. I will definitely stay again!

the front desk was very kind and helpful
the hotel smelled like bleach and lots of it. it was very old and dingy and dark and dated. ripped linens. non smoking room but had cigarette burns in blankets. the smell was so bad it burned my eyes after a while. windows didn’t have screens or locks. the place is old as hell. I suppose it’s nice for “an hour long” stay lol.

Told our room was ready, but when we got there it was not. Beds were still unmade. They did give us an upgrade to a room with a king bed.

it was clean and the air conditioning worked well. it was quiet. It is a clean and functioning older hotel. I really liked underground parking. it was a good value.
TV remote was not working correctly but that is really not even a dislike. I want a safe and clean place with AC that won’t cost a fortune

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, the only thing I liked was knowing I was not staying here a minute longer
The outside of the property is nothing as pictures show, the halls were not cleanly what so ever, the AC did not work throughout the hotel. The door to my room did not latch, there was a blood stain on one of the bed skirts and urine stains on the mattress cover. The build up of grime in the shower was repulsive. They get you on the no refund so when you see all of these things you can’t get your money back. The lady at the front desk wanted us to go on a hide and seek for a cleaner room. I refused to even do that. She did not care what so ever that there was bodily fluids on my bedding and never once apologized. Upon telling her I refused to stay there after less than an hour after checking in her exact words were “ well thanks for staying” not hey I’m so sorry this is not like our hotel. This hotel is a fraud and a scam. Pretty much like the bates motel!

The only good thing about this property was the pool but was very outdated.
The aC didn’t work I went down to get another room and no staff was available from midnight to 5am the did not give me any money back place is very poorly. Homeless people were sleeping on the couches while staff was sleeping in vacant rooms. Horribly ran hotel will never stay there again.
