I like the mattress very comfortable.
The bed head was broken near the window and absorb fan in toilet sound very noisy.

1. unfriendly customer service and no smile when welcoming the customer (an elderly woman).
2.The floor needs to be cleaned properly because customers are uncomfortable with sandy floors.
3. the air conditioner is slow and does not cool satisfactorily.

The room was nice and comfy. Staff was good. Didn't expect to be treated like a KING. The hotel situated at Melaka Raya area (plan your travel), and it was superb non-busy surrounding at night. Self laundry right down the hotel (walk distance)
What else do you need? 5 star!!
TV channel could be the start to improve. In my staying, I couldn't watch the Badminton Games Final because the image not clear. The rest, good!
