This impressive third floor apartment is a perfect base from which to explore this beautiful city of Edinburgh, whether for business or pleasure. This is a lovely apartment which is furnished to a luxurious standard by a leading interior designer. It is within walking distance to all of Edinburgh's attractions, including Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood House. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to Harvey Nichols. The apartment itself has a very large drawing/dining room (table seats 6) with ornate cornicing, three windows overlooking Edinburgh's most historic street - The Royal Mile. A comprehensive fully functional kitchen with all appliances is accessed from both the hall and the living/dining room. The master bedroom with super king-size bed, has built in wardrobes and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has one double and one single bed and both bedrooms benefit from views over The Royal Mile. A main bathroom with large walk-in shower, wc and heated towel rail, completes the accommodation. An absolutely stunning property in an absolutely stunning location. Well appointed 2 bedrooms consisting of a super king-size bed in bedroom 1 and two beds (double and single) in bedroom 2. Fully functional kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave and fridge/freezer. The large lounge (20 feet x 20 feet) can be used to host dinner parties and the free WiFi (with unlimited downloads) is great for those who prefer to work on their laptops. Only 5 minutes walk from Princes Street, a great opportunity to stay in one of Edinburgh's prestige addresses and highly recommended for corporate clients. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps 4 people. (can accommodate 5 for additional cost) Special Events: Edinburgh Festival: This is a stunning flat to stay in during the Edinburgh festival and all festivals and theatres within walking distance Edinburgh Hogmany: Edinburgh's Hogmany is famous world over. If you are looking for a spacious, light and stunning property to rent over Hogmany, you will not be dissapointed!!! If you require a taxi (cab) from Edinburgh Airport to the Apartment, the cost is £35 for up to 4 passengers from the airport pick up zone. If you wish a meet & greet inside the terminal, there is an additional £5 cost. The return journey from the apartment to the airport is also £35. Parliament Square Apartment was the perfect stay for our family of 4. Beautiful apartment, pictures are accurate. A lot of space, full amenities and location is in the heart of everything. Check in was easy and host answered all my questions quickly. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment right on the Royal Mile, across the street from Mary King’s Close and blocks from the castle and train station. This is a fantastic place to stay to explore Edinburgh. Host communication was easy. The stairs are a bit of a challenge with luggage but worth it once you’re settled in. I’d definitely stay here again if we come back, which I hope we do!

We stayed at the Parliament Square flat during the Fringe - Fabulous location!!
Great communication from Shahid, providing clear check-in instructions well ahead of our stay as well as a phone call just after our arrival to make sure everything was OK.
There were also very clear instructions in the flat for how everything worked and what do do with dishes, rubbish etc. on departure - always helps.

This amazing spacious two bedroom apartment is situated right on the royal mile. Very convenient to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider using again for future visits.

The property was very spacious for our family of 5. The location was ideal. We could watch the street performers on the Royal Mile from our window and it was very walkable to everything.

The location was fabulous! Right on the royal mile! The communication with the hosts was wonderful. Very attentive to any questions we had.
Two bedrooms - two beds for my kids and second room with a king bed for us and we shared a bathroom. Great living room where we looked out onto royal mile and people watched and full kitchen.
We dropped off our luggage at the place and then our car at the Radisson parking lot (5 minute or so walk) for the duration of our stay. We conveniently walked everywhere- Edinburgh castle, Arthur’s seat. We did the Mary Kings close directly across from our place.

This apartment is so comfortable. The living room is really big with two beautiful bedrooms and one bath. It was in the center of things so we could go out and come back and rest. Bravo! Excellent digs!

We had a great stay in this spacious apartment. The kids enjoyed having their own room and was fun to watch the street performers right outside the window. Very easy to get to nearby attractions and tons of bus/train connections to get to the zoo, beach, etc. Highly recommend for a family stay in Edinburgh.

Very spacious apartment in the heart of the Royal Mile. The owner was easy to communicate and very responsive. Unit was very well equipped and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed watching the New Years fireworks from the windows. We would absolutely recommend this place to others.

Right in the middle of everything, but able to get a good night's rest. Loved this property! You will have to climb some stairs, but it is worth it. Would highly recommend.

This apartment is located right on the Royal Mile next to St Giles Cathedral and is surrounded by shops and restaurants. You will not regret staying here, not only for its location, but because it is a very spacious and beautiful home. The beds are comfortable, living room sofas also comfortable and we appreciated the large bath sheet size towels. The host gives excellent instructions on check in and check out. There is a binder on the coffee table that gives more info. He is also very communicative and responds quickly. We had a wonderful experience!! One last thing…yes, there are a few flights of stairs to reach the apartment but most of old town and Edinburgh is uphill on a rock so if anything, it gave me an opportunity to get into better shape!

The entire stay from check in to our departure was flawless. Our host was accommodating to our needs.
As a Canadian we have a high standard for our showers. This one was just like home.
This apartment is in the center of the city's attractions. Open your window and you are looking down on the street festival!!
One draw back is the six flights of stairs. But once you are there it is very comfortable and roomy.
I would definitely return to these properties in the future.

A fantastic flat in a great location. Just as pictured and the flat is very spacious .
Great location, easy check in and out process. You won’t regret booking here. We had 4 adults with room to spare , I don’t think all can claim this. Right in the heart of the Royal Mile handy to all pubs- restaurants and main attractions. While busy on the streets during the day it gets quiet at night for a comfortable rest. You won’t be disappointed - this is a highly recommended property in my opinion.

Great stay in the center of Old Town
This wonderful apartment is minutes from Waverly train station and located near the sites of old town Edinburgh. We were near many souvenir shops, pubs, and restaurants. We were minutes away from Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace. Shahid was easy to communicate with. In fact, after our arrival, he phoned to make sure we made it in okay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet for the neighborhood. Just keep one thing in mind: the apartment is located up six flights of stairs (we counted 69 steps). There is no elevator/lift and if you are carrying large bags it might be a challenge. It was a great stay for my first time in Scotland and would definitely rent from Shahid again.

This place was truly amazing. Exactly as advertised. Location is right on the Royal Mile within walking distance of most attractions/restaurants/bars. All rooms extremely spacious and nice view of the street. Quiet enough at night to sleep no problem.
