If you love a bed that is sitting high up from the floor, you will love this hotel. If you are short, maybe not so much. Bed was 30 inches above the floor. The front desk clerk offered a milk crate for my wife to use as a step to get into the bed. Pretty lame!
Beds closer to a normal level. If you are disabled, bring a forklift to drop you into the bed. If you are in a wheelchair, plan on sleeping in it.

proximity to hockey. in KINDERSLEY everything is close
the property is old and very dated has a newer building but we were put in the old section. I even explained that they sponsor the Kindersley Klippers and as we were in town to watch the team could we receive the team rate. that rate was outrageous so we stayed with our booking with Booking.com. Went to the pub in the hotel for supper and we were served the toughest steak we have ever had. complained to waitress she apologized but did nothing. the staff are all good but overall a bad experience

There was no breakfast. Staff was friendly. Price was reasonable.
Bed was uncomfortable. Lamps didn't work. Toilet didn't flush properly. Bad smell throughout room and hallway (musty/stale smoke). Blow dryer plug didn't reach outlet.

The mattresses were quite comfy, good size television. , Room was space-ish, clean bathroom. Everything was there. Three comfy pillows.
The room I was located in. The AC seems not be keeping up. The curtain had holes in it. There was noticable dust or something in the actual AC. I got four pieces of Kleenex before it ran out and it was never put back into the room.. lack of outlets sleeping area for plug-in of cell phone. No plunger for a bath. Did not list that their pool was closed for construction. I couldn't figure out what the lounge hours were, And the restaurant the building is closed. The man who saved my

cleaning staff were amazing to my puppy he loved them so much was a fantastic stay staff was amazing
nothing only complaint was front desk recommending the Chinese restaurant 4 bits and 3 hairs I threw it out and didn’t call to complain I wasn’t really wanting a comp meal with more hair lol but that reasturant isn’t even attached to the hotel lol

The rooms were clean neat like the kitchenette
disappointed the pool and tub are not open it’s been two years and they said it’s closed due to Covid Covid is now somewhat over and they could’ve did some other things that other hotels have done such as letting only one family in every hour also in the other hotel part there was nothing on the phones to tell you how to phone out or reach the desk

That it’s advertised that there is a pool, hot tub and water slide but in fact it isn’t open and has been closed for months so they shouldn’t be advertising that they have a pool.
There is no breakfast. Would be nice if there was.

we had asked for a 3:00pm checkout, were told it was noted and they were banging on the room door at 1:30 telling my husband who worked night shift it was checkout time
