Excellent all over. Best beds ever

Love the porridge/oatmeal and waffles.
Comfortable beds and pillows.
No smoke smells in room.
Coffee - would have preferred a dark roast (stronger) brew.

Good location, clean
I did not like the lack of recycling bins in the rooms and the fact that they use plastic forks & knives for the breakfast in the lobby. The plastic crises is terrible, they could use stainless steel cutlery & have a dishwasher. And try to do something positive for Thunder Bay’s environment.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean, overall nice room and clean hotel
That housekeeping didn't come in to change the garbage or restock coffee etc for a 2 night stay

At check-in, at midnight in Thunder Bay, the front desk said this was not in fact a pet friendly hotel. Another group of travellers experienced it the week prior. This information needs to be fixed on Booking.com

Staff was friendly, rooms are very clean
Clean rooms but the pool was dirty… there was dead bugs floating in the pool while I took my child for a swim…and it’s very expensive $$$$.
