The staff was very nice, check-in and check-out was easy and fast. The beds were very comfortable.

This might have been a misundertanding on my end, but whenI booked it I thought this was a hotel, so I was expecting the room to be cleaned daily. They only clean it after the check out for the next guest. Not a bad thing per se, I'm just sayin it so the next guest is aware of this as well.

Club Wyndham Cypress Palms is in a convenient location. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the “parks”. The resort is set up as a tropical oasis and it feels like it. The staff was amazing with answering every question we had. The suite was clean and modern with extremely comfortable bedding.

I liked everything.

Staff was friendly and courteous, security patrols all day/night, excellent accommodations and my son loved the mini golf course!

My family & I enjoyed the facilities.

That there is no fence separating the property from the lake where alligators & snakes may be, and there needs to be more lighting on the walkway from Pool 1 to the Tiki hut & and Pool 2.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment. Great facilities and very well equipped. Ample parking. Good pools. Good location but a bit of a drive to the theme parks if that is what you plan to do. Staff were superb

Nothing to dislike. We were anticipating a time share sales pitch after reading other reviews but we politely declined and that was fine.

The location was perfect for us! There is a restaurant (Cracker Barrel) right across from the complex that you can walk to (and it’s my favorite). Grocery shopping is within a short driving distance. We had a two bedroom apartment, with a king size bed and two queen beds and it was very big! The beds were very comfortable ( usually I am very picky). Can’t say anything about the pools and other facilities since we didn’t use them.
